I went in for a gel full set and pedicure. There were two people working a man (he did my pedicure and was told exactly what I wanted when I came in) and a woman. I thought it was strange that the woman started watching something on her phone instead of coming over to start on my full set after she'd finished with her client. So now I'm thinking, oh he must be doing both pedi and full set. Imagine my surprise when he said he was all done . I asked, What about my full set? He then said that he'd asked if I still wanted the full set. I NEVER heard him ask me that! I'm like what made you think I didn't when I told you exactly what I was here for?! He called someone who told him that I'd have to come back at 3pm when they'd be back or I could come back another day. I was so outdone with him because he could have told me that from the beginning and I would've gone somewhere to get exactly what I wanted done. To make things worse I got to the car and realize he'd left polish smudged all around my toe nails and my feet were now ashy too ! I'll not be giving this place anymore of my money! read more

I took a chance on this salon because it is right by my house and I was in a pinch. I needed a manicuare and pedicure and other area salons were booked up but I was able to walk-in here. It is a small salon with a few manicure stations and a short row of pedicure stations. I immediately was underwhlemed with the selection of polilshes not only for the numbers but because of the organization and quality. The overall cleanliness of the salon is my main concern and reason for not returning. I'm not sure that they really cleaned tools prior to using. In between my pedicure and manicure I was also left in my chair for about 10-15 minutes until I could get someone's attention and ask them about my manicure. They seemed annoyed that I wanted another service. M The outcome was okay but it just was not a good experience, I would not recommend this salon, even in a rush. read more

worst experience and nails ever! my daughter treated me to a mani/pedi for mothers day. what should have been fun and relaxing was rushed and dissatisfied. I actually had 3 different techs and it still looked like crap. my daughter asked to have a flower (1 flower!) painted on her toe and was told no because they are too busy.. my nails (and my daughters) were all misshapen a d various lengths. I get they were busy but they made no effort whatsoever to please us. lastly, the prices displayed and the prices they actually charge are completely different. when questioned about the difference the man got quite loud but of course we couldn't understand a word he said. if my daughter wasn't trying so hard to make my day special I would have given this guy a run for the money!!! The best I can describe it is "fine". I showed them a picture of what I wanted, he said, "No problem", then listed the ways he couldn't give me what I wanted. Then I showed him a second photo and, again, he said, "No problem." We get all the color on, then he steps aside for another guy to do the stars. I ended up with what's best described as a "pointy circle" next to an asterisk. No offer to redo it, just an announcement that he thought that looked "pretty good". I wish people would just say, "Yea, I don't know how to do that. Let's find something else," rather than being so prideful and giving me a crappy star that I have to live with for a week. It looks horrible and, for an extra $10, I EXPECT something better than I can do at home with my non-dominant hand. read more

This was possibly the worst experience I have ever had at a nail shop. I was desperate and waited too long to get my nails done so I settled for this place. BIG mistake! My gel polish on my toes has " popped " off on several toes and my finger nails I am having redone tomorrow at another shop due to the same issue. This was within 1 week of getting them done. I should have known better before dropping 90 bucks( with tip) but apparently I didn't. Do not go here unless you like bad service and a horrible nail job. I hate leaving negative reviews but I don't think it's. Fair to take people money. That is wrong and I don't want them doing this to other people. I paid 50 dollars for a new set acrylic nail with "coffin shape" .: the nails Sary did for me were not coffin they looked like a different shape more square than coffin .. only two looked coffin and even then they were crooked.. and not only that but she made me bleed and started puttin nail glue on my bleeding spot to try to make it stop bleeding. that's not professional at all.. Cindy her co worker saw all this happening and said nothing to her. she rushed through it .. even my friends nails were all different shaped and didn't look coffin at all and she paid to get the shape also.. so sad when people think it's ok to take advantage of you this way. $30 for a dinky ass pedicure that lasted fifteen minutes? What was I thinking? I know, I was thinking that I needed a pedi to warm me up and calm me down. I am not asking for much, but apparently all these places are the same. So, I sit down and am immediately inundated with conversation by the girl who is doing my pedicure. I do not want to talk, I want to be quiet and relax. No pressure, no answering superficial questions. Just peace and toe massaging. The whole experience was just not relaxing. I felt rushed the entire time and then had two different people do my pedicure. Whatever, I know this will not stop anyone from going here. But it makes me feel better to have said that this place is just below average and will always be. The two stars is because this was one of the cleaner places I have been to. read more

I have been to this salon one time and it is my new favorite! I have been to several different nail salons and none have ever put the effort that this place put into making my nails look great. I already had a French manicure that was a week old and already looked pretty terrible. But what really made me go in was the HUGE BLACK AND BLUE middle nail from a softball game. At one point there were 3 technicians surrounding me trying to figure out how to cover up the discoloration and still get the natural color for my engagement pictures! Overall, my nails turned out fabulous and they really did everything to a T. Most places get you in and out ASAP but they did this AND made sure it was done right! What I wanted and what I got were two different things. The guy that did my nails did a great job and I love the shape. He pressured me into going longer than I like and was irritated the whole time. He made me feel like an inconvenience for choosing to spend my money there. We ended up not doing the black French tip style because he basically said they didn't look good. I called the next day and asked if they could change the color because I don't like it. I get there and they say it's going to be another 30 dollars. I talked to the owner and explained and showed all the reference pictures and she says I couldn't have that because the pictures have girls with their natural nails and I'm using a tip. He could have used pink powder for the acrylic knowing I wanted a French style and just paint it back instead of white. I asked him if he could use a white tip and just paint it black and he didn't. I have them a chance to talk about it and get it fixed but they decided to try and make more money off of me because I was trying to be nice and not tell him I completely hated them just because they don't have the black tip. I don't want to go here again and unless you're going to argue with them, I wouldn't advise you to go either. read more

Got a regular $25 spa pedicure. Polish job pretty, but nail trim was more perfunctory than what I am used to. I have slight ingrowns on each big toe, and the is the first place I've gotten a pedicure that didn't do anything to trim back the corners that run into the cuticle. Also, they seemed reluctant to take me because I didn't have an appointment, despite it saying walk-ins welcome. Went in on my lunch break for a gel manicure. I was very clear in asking for a gel MANICURE. A very nice lady got me started to remove my current gel polish and forgot she had an appointment. She passed me off to Tom who did not seem thrilled to help me. When he finally finished removing my gel I asked what time we would be done with my manicure and he said it was a polish change. I once again asked for a manicure. He said it was against state boards to just cuticle trimmers for a manicure and that he wasn't going to soak my nails because the polish wouldn't stay on. I saw cuticle trimmers in a sterilized bag on the tray. If it is against state boards - why are they there? I asked other nail techs in the salon if I am paying for a manicure why would they not trim away cuticles and soak my nails? No one could answer. It felt like he didn't want to finish my nails as requested. The men were rude and disrespectful and took one hour to remove my gel. I didn't stay to get finished because I felt like they were lying and not wanting to help a customer. I have never been to a nail salon that didn't want business. I will NEVER go back and I caution anyone to visit here. They are dishonest and take hours to complete poor work. From what I can gather sanitized cuticle nippers can be used by a licensed nail tech - Perhaps Tom does not have his license. read more

I have been to this salon about 4-5 times for the past 5-6 years and I like it. The people are nice and friendly, and I always think the place looks clean. I have also had a pedicure there before, and I don't have any complaints. It's always pretty steady with customers, and it is a little noisy from time to time, but when I go to get a manicure or pedicure I just want to get in and get out and that's what they do. If you want a more relaxing, quiet atmosphere then a spa would be better. But if you are looking to get in and get out somewhat quickly, then this is a good place. The prices are average, not too outrageous. Plus, I know this place has been around a while. The manicure I got was good, it wasn't messy they are very neat. They were so friendly and made the effort to make them look good. Me and my sister also had our eyebrows done.
