This is by far the rudest hospital I have ever gone to. I can't believe this hospital is owned by Hillcrest. The lady who greets you and stays in contact about your loved one's condition is nothing more than a babysitter. She is very controlling and speaks to everyone in the waiting room like they are children. The person sitting at the sign in table should be remove. He should not be the very first person who greets patients and their family. He reminded me of a secretary for the Principal. The staff treats people like they might abandoned their loved one. In fact, this hospital reminds me of an animal shelter. Usually hospital staff is friendly, but not at Bailey's Medical Center in Owasso, Oklahoma. read more

I went in for an early term miscarriage, it being my first. Every staff member, nurse and provider was extremely comforting, calming, took extra care to make sure I was doing okay through the whole visit, and were able to get me comfortable and feeling much better before discharging me. read more

They are clean and quick to get people checked in for procedures. They didn't answer the phone when I called to see where to be going. I went into the wrong entrance which is the medical center. I needed to be in the main hospital for what I needed. The nursing staff and the CT techs are so nice and have the best Bedside manner. They explained everything that was going on and what to expect next. read more

I've been using Bailey for over 5 years for my mammogram; no more! They want me to fill out the paperwork on line before the appt., which I did, except for insurance info which I didn't have readily available. I get an unauthorized text the next day telling me I would have a huge payment due when I checked in. It gave me a number to call. I called the number, got someone that had no idea what I was talking about, transferred me to Bailey. I got some snitty person at the appointment desk that was just downright rude. She cancelled my appt. and hung up on me. I called the number listed for Bailey Customer Service and got someone in Pakistan that barely spoke English. I asked him if he was located in Owasso, OK and he laughed. I just hung up. I don't have time for 10 minutes of AI before talking to someone who is rude that sends me to someone that can't speak English. Do better Bailey for the people willing to hang in there, however, I am not one of them. read more

Checked into the ER on a rainy weekend night expecting to wait a while. I was in and out in about 1 hour. Attacked by a dog so I need wounds cleaned, dressed, antibiotics, a tetanus shot and some emotional support. All of the above was quickly done such a wonderful staff. Probably the reason I've come to talk to you later ER several times and has 2 surgeries here. Love Bailey so much and highly recommend them!!! read more

My son had a Lego up his nose and they made it worse, couldn't fix it, cut my son's nose, and we still had to go home traumatized by the staff making my son's pain worse, and ended ho going to the Ear Nose and Throat doctor the next day. The WORST experience I've ever had at an ER. I highly recommend taking the extra time to drive to a hospital with an ER that doesn't make you sit and wait forever or have an obvious attitude with you because you decide against a flu/COVID swab for symptoms that didn't even fall within the guidelines to need one in the first place. Two weeks ago after sitting in the waiting for close to three hours. A staff person came out stated the hospital was short staffed....that she had no clue when anyone would be seen. Me and my daughter decided to leave. The person at the counter was unfriendly. We were not given any paperwork to sign stating we were leaving. I learned that the local news had mentioned the UNDER STAFFED HOSPITALS IN OKLAHOMA. Doctors/nurses burnout was not the only reason. Hospitals in Oklahoma are not paying staff/offering reasonable salaries as well. Backwoods.....unprofessional hillbillies. My elderly sister was checked into baileys with a severe respiratory problem. I'm getting up in age as well. I was very concerned and upset from loosing another sister 3 weeks ago. I found her in ICU. (The only person in ICU) As soon as I walked in the room I found 2 members of the family and was getting ready to ask if there was any news about my sister when this nurse came in shouting " I TOLD YOU ONLY TWO PEOPLE AT A TIME" when I explained that I had just stepped in the room and the she had not ever said anything to me about visitors. She was very rude. This same nurse was rude when she told my husband and a couple of other relatives to leave one waiting room and move across the hall to another waiting room. I found out from one of my relatives that this same nurse was very rude the last time she was here a few weeks before. I asked another nurse who I could complain to she laughed and said the rude nurse was the head nurse and that they were friends. There is rules that need to be followed and a proper method to enforce the rules however screaming at visitors is not the proper way. My sister was having to use paper towels instead of tissues. They had not even brought her any of the check in items that you would get at a real hospital. read more

I brought my boyfriend in for a bladder infection on a Saturday night. We checked in online before we left the house so we wouldn't have to wait so long. We were in the waiting room from 9:15 pm until almost 3 am before I took my boyfriend's kids back out to my car so they could get some sleep. I went back inside to use the restroom at 4 am and saw everyone who was waiting when we left were still waiting, including my boyfriend, who was sound asleep still waiting to be seen by a doctor. The emergency department! I loved the maternity department so much when my husband hurt his hand, I said let's go to the ER at Bailey because I loved Bailey so much. We waited over an hour and they were not even busy. When he got called back they wouldn't let me go back with him or my kids. My son was sick over it because he saw his dad cut him self and saw his skin on the kitchen table. I went home to pump and the only thing my son kept saying was " hurry up we have to go back with dad." My husband said when he went back to the room they had asked him if he felt safe at home, like they were thinking I did that to him. He said he laughed and said "yes I feel safe at home". It was not a great experience at all!! Again this review is only for the ER at Bailey. Everything else has been fabulous! I am so bummed they were a disappointment! I thought they're going to be great because everything else at Bailey has been. I think they should go and get training from labor and delivery because they' were AWESOME up there! read more

Went to Urgent care to have my sons aches and pains checked out from a bike crash. The Doctor there in Owasso said he'd like to have a scan done but he doesn't have the equipment. He'll call Bailey Medical center and told us to go on over and they can take care of you. I should have gone to the urgent care in Tulsa who does have this ability. But I thought since we are here we'll go there. I told them at check in what the situation is. We went in, no meds were given, no supplies were used outside the pulse-ox light band aid and we went in for a quick scan, which everything was fine. I expected to pay for the scan and radiology but in no way was I prepared for the thousands of $$ in "medical supplies" and "ER Services" along with a $150 for walking in the door co-pay. I didn't realize this was ER services in my naivety, I thought this was some sort of agreement to use their radiology. SHAME ON YOU to both the urgent care doc and the ER for sucker punching me like that. Had I known this, I never would have stepped foot in that door. read more
