I had to call my doctor's office and they literally had to code it for them. Then was told I was next in line. 45 minutes later they were still inputting my orders. Didn't get called back until approx 930...was there since 715. At one point there were 21 people to be serviced. I saw at least 4 give up and walk out. The ONLY decent thing about my visit was Kimberly who took my blood. Im hard to draw from so this was nice. I would hope this was a one off but 2 people told me it has been this way for their last 3 visits! Maybe some retraining needs done for their front staff. At this point, I am very skeptical my labs will all be done correctly and I had approx. 14 vials. This was a horrible experience. Not sure why they waited so long to even let me know there was a problem.

I went to the app multiple times and saw that test was not even mentioned. Called the Facility and they say they did not Run the Test. A month goes by and I get my Billing Statement. Over $2,000! I have been going to this urgent care since 2010. The staff has always been nice and the prices…read morereasonable. In 2017 I was uninsured and had to get stitches. I paid less there then than I did today. Hillcrest has bought the place and now the admission fee is $300, just to get in the door! The doctor and nurse were nice. But I spent less than 5 minutes with each, which hardly seems worth $300. Then the steroid shot I received was an additional $180. I spent $480 for a 5 minute chat, where the doctor couldn't say what caused my rash but gave me a shot. The receptionist was not rude but she wasn't warm either. I got a little upset when she said I owed an additional $180, & I stopped myself because I knew it wasn't her fault. But I don't have insurance. You know who usually doesn't have insurance? People who aren't working. Do you think that I have extra money just laying around to pay a doctor $300 for 5 minutes? We didn't sit on anything, or use anything, or contaminate anything. Now I get to choose between food and electricity, all while I get to pay interest fees over the next several months. I used to like this place because they were reasonably priced and offered discounts for the uninsured. Now it's part of the corporate machine that doesn't care about people, only profits. Way to go. You don't care about people anymore. I hope you are proud of yourself.

I only hedge because on two separate occasions, I went in and was misdiagnosed completely. Fortunately, both times were simple sinus infections or ear infections, and no real harm was done. Overall though, they're not one of my choice go to places for after hours care.

Afterwards while we were deciding where to go for lunch before hitting the highway this bear came out of nowhere and I had to fight it and got slightly wounded. Okay... so that's not exactly what happened. I fell hard on broken concrete, gashed my head and bled a lot. We went to AMC Urgent Care which is thankfully open on Sundays. I wasn't dizzzy, no headache, or head pain but there was a lot of blood. My arm and leg hurt more than my head did. Trystan, the PA who took care of me has excellent bedside manner, a sense of humor and pleasant professionalism. I was treated well and my family was entertaining the medical receptionist while I was being tended to. Their business hours, pricing and services were much needed and appreciated.
