Due to the last snowstorm, we had several trees fall in our yard. A couple fell against other trees and a fence. As always, Bailey's did an amazing job! They cut the trees, cleaned up the yard and took all the waste, including huge stumps, filling in the holes! The pines were stuck half way up another tree. They were so careful with the tree still standing that you can barely tell there was an issue. The branches across the fence were from a tree in our neighbors yard. They recommended we get permission from the neighbor, we did so they went in their yard, cut the branches close to the tree and since the neighbor wanted to keep the wood, they cut it up and left a small pile of logs. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They always do a professional job, stay within their estimate, and go above and beyond in terms of service. We will always choose them for any outdoor service! Baileys did our landscaping and it turned out great! The plants were a good size and not just tiny little things. We really like that Baileys is more than just a landscaping company, they design a package that works for you and are very well educated in the native plants for the area. Wish we had a bit more mulch placed down but other than that, no complaints! read more

So it's June 8th and the air quality is at 208. My neighbor has baileys Landscaping crew out here when NO ONE SHOULD be outside for long periods of time let alone having your employers work.maybe your employees were ok with being outside but as a company you should not allow this . read more

Once the job is done they will leave you high and dry so makes sure that any work that you deem not satisfactory is corrected before you pay in full. Poor customer service as well. read more

This company does not value the customer. A lot of my time was wasted trying to get an estimate. When I did get an estimate it was revealed at the end of process (contract sign time) that it was only for a portion work discussed. If I had not had them to clarify pricing twice they would have gotten away with robbery.The pricing was totally ridiculous for the portion of work they decided they wanted to provide an estimate for. My suggestion is to use another company that treats all of their customers respectfully and values the customer's time and their dime. This one does not. read more

We hired Bailey's to help us with several projects using rocks, mulch and grass seed. They installed 2 new garden beds along with extension of existing beds and designed a rock driveway entrance covering the culvert. Tessa was very nice and professional from the phone call answering my email inquiry until the last communication when the project was finished. Dan came out , listened to my ideas which were all over the place but more important, he heard what I didn't want. He took pictures of the projects space and took into account what we already have growing. I like the choices and outcome of the project. On the day of install, his crew arrived first. Ricardo was friendly and professional as well. He had the book with all the photos and plant placement and went over everything with me before they began. We signed the contract in May, a week later we were on the books for mid June , weather dependent. We received two more communications for start day. Perfect. Now, we are excited to see everything grow and bloom. read more

This is an update to my review dated 5/24. Bailey's sent me an email later on Friday, 5/24, to advise they were scheduling my install week of 5/27. I received a 2nd email on 5/28 to advise of exact date and they arrived as scheduled on 5/29. The installation went well and the owner stopped by to check on the install. We discussed the unprofessional communications I received from his office. He explained his internal procedure - plants/trees had to be ordered and the install had to be scheduled. I understand the process, but still can't excuse rudeness, for me it's a turn-off especially when I am paying for a service. read more

Took several times to make contact with anyone. Once I got a hold of them they sent out one of there estimators to look at my property. I told them what I wanted to be done. The estimator said " I will have our owner reach out to you" He'll be able to go over all the work you want done better. A week goes by and still no one contacted me. I had to reach back out to them. Jeff Bailey finally contacts me and we set up a time for him to come out. He did arrive on time. We went over the ideas. He asked me to send him over a copy of my properties survey. Which I emailed to him right away. Once he left we were communicating through text msg and he was replying at first. After that nothing. He didn't even respond to my email letting me know he received my survey of the property. For a week I texted and called him with no reply. When I emailed him that I've been trying to reach him and it seemed like you blew me off. He responds as if its my fault and I'm supposed to know that the line he was texting me only works half the time. Which is pretty strange. If you looking for an average Joe to just cut your lawn I guess Bailey landscaping will do. But if you looking for a professional to do a big job on your yard. Bailey landscaping is not competent or capable to do so! read more

Poor customer service. They don't seem to want to correct issues when brought to their attention. My 12 year old son cut my grass better than them. Was good initially, but I think they either hired new workers or just got too comfortable. Grass began to die and they left a bunch of tire tracks and bald patches in the yard. And yes, we have a sprinkler system and get the lawn treated, so it wasn't due to any of those reasons. Wish I had better to say because they did an excellent job the first year we had them. Wouldn't recommend them at this point. read more
