Poor job overall! Mr Garcia of Noveron promised me that my…read moredriveway would look clean and even when the job was finished. He claimed he could expand both sides of my driveway and it would look like one even finished job. Well, it did not. Looks like a hot mess and clearly not as he promised. When he asked for payment, he somehow for got the original quote he had given me and added $300 additional to the cost of the job. My advice to others is to get his initial quote in writing - I did not and took his word that he would remember. I called and asked him to return and fix the mess and I haven't seen or heard from him since. It's been about a month and nothing from Mr Garcia. Next time I'll just call the real pros and just pay the cost instead of trying to work with these small local guys who really don't know what they're doing. I think they just get lucky in some cases and some people might get decent work from them, but it's probably 50/50 on what type of results you'll get.

They had someone out within the hour. Once the worker came off the roof I was told it needs work but isn't terrible and that the cracks in my flat roof should be cemented and an aluminum coating be put down. I asked about putting down a new layer and he quoted the same price as the other company so I feel that was reasonable. But they didn't come out looking for that money. He could have said what the last guy did, that I need it replaced, but he didn't. He said I still can repair what's there. Not only did I not feel ripped off, they had enough material on the trucks to do the job right there and they did it. From phone call to completion of cementing and coating my roof, took about 4-5hrs. Couldn't have been smoother. All questions answered.
