We were looking for a store with supplements that wasn't CVS or Amazon.com. Turns out we had this gem right in town. 12 minute walk from our house. I was looking for something that had a relaxing and calming effect without putting me completely to sleep. They had it. They also have various teas and cooking spices which was a nice surprise. Cooking spices from Publix sometimes sit around for years. These spices are fresh and you can differently smell the difference. If your looking for decent supplements try this place before the next trip to Walgreens to by god knows what. read more

I stopped in because the store looks so charming from the outside and was interested when I saw signage for vitamins and supplements. Was pleasantly surprised at the selection and greatly appreciated the knowledge that was shared with me from the owner, Julie. LOVE this place! Can't believe I'm just now discovering it. The owner is very pleasant and knowledgable. She made me some custom loose teas based on my needs. The sleepy time is just that. Within 30 minutes I was asleep and had a great nights rest. Did I mention how inexpensive the teas were? Such a great value! The yogi teas I buy are more expensive. They have spices that are organic and fresh. I didn't have time to look at those, but I will definitely be back! They also had supplements, cleaning supplies and beauty items.
