Similar situation with the guy at the liquor store, who seems unhappy to be going back and forth from the store to the liquor store anytime needed. I have been to many Walgreens for my vaccinations and this is by far the nicest one I've been to. Staff members are so kind and organized. I wish I could leave a review without leaving even a single star. This Walgreens is poorly managed. You won't receive insured meds because it turns they've already run them through insurance, they just didn't deliver them. Things are always pending until you fall and demand wtf is happening. At least 2 technicians are cows-- actual cud chewing cows. The in store music system is designed to make you scream. Rather than put a BOGO sticker on every item why not just put a few in the aisle? Be careful, the cashiers will trick you into getting a credit card calling it a rewards program. I thought I was just signing up for a new Walgreens card and come to find out my credit score was ran. I know I should've been more wiser about what I was signing up for but the cashier was not clear about what the "rewards " program was. read more

I finally switched pharmacies today. Had enough of this place . If you go there for a vax almost makes no sense to bother with an appt because I waited 45 min last time and today I was there on time and there were 5 people ahead of me . Again at least 30 min wait . I drove across the street to CVS and got right in , no appt and no wait . Hey Walgreens mgt , some advice, if you can't figure out your scheduling issues then don't offer it as a service. read more

I keep vowing to change pharmacies and I'm officially doing that today. Got multiple calls saying my prescription was ready. Drove here on Monday to pick it up. Was told it was not ready and they would get it ready by Tuesday. Today is Wednesday and I went to pick it up. Was told it's not ready. I asked why they said it would be and was not. "It got hung up in the computer". Waited 10 minutes with cars behind me while they made it. This is not the first time this has happened to me. They are regularly rude, have bad attitudes and generally seem miserable to work there. I don't know why this particular Walgreens continues to suck at the pharmacy but it does. read more

Thinking that we would make things more efficient my wife had an appointment at 10:45 and I had an appointment at 11 o'clock to get a Covid test. We showed up at 10:50 and waited in line for 10 minutes until the person in front of us cleared the window. By the time we arrived at the window it was 11 o'clock. There we waited for three minutes while Tori completed a bunch of paperwork. By the time she looked up and spoke to us it was 1103. It was now beyond the 15 minute window for my wife to get her test. She then advised she would have to talk to a manager to see if she could do her test. We did this to be more efficient. At CVS they were happy to do this at a previous time when we combined the two of our Tess. But not Walgreen! Not only did they not do her test but they got approval for us to do my test then go aroundAnd wait in line behind four other cars just to do her test. This power-play by Tori and the management at this store is despicable. I will never return to the store and recommend you never get your test here. read more

Photo department rep during the day is usually extremely helpful On the night shift, Kat seems to be somewhat knowledgeable, she did point me in the right direction, but when the computer crashed she just shrugged her shoulders and said "oh well that just happens sometimes." With a smirk. No apology. Just turned her back to restock the shelves. When I asked another on staff how can I avoid this from happening, no one knew. Another customer said she had the same thing happen. All my time and effort lost and apparently this is a common occurrence, and the customer service reps don't seem bothered by it. I have never written a negative review because I really try to stay positive in life... but the pharmacy here is horrible. They have messed up almost every one of my prescriptions and every time I've tried to call to check on anything, I wait on hold for over 30 minutes until I finally just hang up. When I do go in, they are nice but not organized and I usually have to come back again before finally getting the prescription. Just a word of caution that you don't want to have your prescriptions sent here unless you want to wait a week for them or they drastically change their customer service. My insurance changed me over from CVS and I miss CVS so much. read more

(Pharmacy)... I'm a frequent shopper at this location. They are always friendly in the store and pharmacy, never had an issue up until today. Went in to pick up a prescription the pharmacy tech said it wasn't quite ready yet to give them five more mins . I was kind and said no problem. So I walked the store a good 10 mins got some snacks and decided to go back and check sense was well over the time given . I met with a different tech and she too said it was bout ready And I was completely ok with that, but I felt like an inconvenience or a problem when I heard the first tech I originally spoke with whisper over to the other tech checking me out that she had already told me it wasn't ready and that people don't listen or something along those lines . I understand, we have bad days or overwhelmed, but you should never speak about the customer at least where they can clearly hear you. It made me feel bad and I was really nice i could have easily went back and strolled the store haha. Overall, She may have had a bad day no body is perfect, just be more patient with people . read more
