Tracking system showed the time frame moving all day to later times, then at 2:07 pm tracker stated the maids had started work despite never arriving. I canceled the appt at 2:40 pm and will not try again. Such a shame as all went well until the day to show up. I took off from work for no reason.

I told them we are out of state and specified our cleaning needs which they assured me they could meet. It's a brand new home, brand new furniture...my point, it's not dirty. The home is in brand new pristine condition and thus when we paid for 3-4 people I expected them to not need much time. $200 later, I'm not sure what they did as far as cleaning, and my basis for that will be clear shortly. However, what I do know for sure is that they didn't take out the garbage. They left wet laundry in a pile on the laundry room floor. One of the towels appears to be bleached. These towels were 3 months new and had only been used once before, when we bought them in January. Our friends came the last week of March. I scheduled a house cleaning the first week of April. I was supposed to visit April 15, but had to cancel my trip when my father died unexpectedly and I traveled to my parents instead. Due to work and new family obligations, I couldn't get there again until July. But, in June our neighbors asked to borrow our dryer. They entered to a horrific smell. The house cleaners didn't take out the trash. 2 bags! There is no food in the house and the bags were chewed into by mice! Yep. Smelly garbage attracted mice. I called The Maids and was pleased by the apologies and willingness to send a crew at no charge to clean up the mice droppings. The crew called when they arrived and departed. My neighbor came back over and asked when the cleaners were coming. I said they had come and gone. She said none of the droppings had been cleaned...not from the kitchen, the laundry room, the bedroom, the bathroom...none of it. I called The Maids and asked if the crew had cleaned the droppings and was given a confident "YES." I almost lost it. I said my neighbor was in the house that moment and ALL the droppings were still there. I assume they thought we wouldn't know until later and maybe the left behind droppings were new?!?! The crew came back and under the supervision of the neighbor, and actually cleaned. Now I question what if any real cleaning they did for my $200. Never again. So disappointed.
