I don't normally write many reviews, but Dan with Miraculous is absolutely amazing. I found him online and was a bit nervous due to previous experiences with carpet cleaners that either didn't do a solid job or haggled the pricing. I ultimately went with Miraculous and met Dan. I had a tufted king size bed, deep sitting couch, two chairs and carpet cleaned. By the time he left everything looked wonderful. I must also mention that I am a stickler for professionalism. Dan went above and beyond to help us after our basement flooded. He came at 6:30 PM as we had an emergency situation and stayed until after 10 PM to finish the job. If you need your carpets cleaned and want a professional, locally owned company to do it, don't hesitate to call him. I saw all the great reviews about Dan and Miraculous Carpet Care on the Nextdoor app so I gave him a try. I usually use Stanley Steamer for my carpets. I have two dogs who have accidents occasionally and my carpet is almost 10 years old. Dan really is MIRACULOUS. It has been two weeks since he cleaned my carpets and they have never been cleaner. No lingering stains and it looks brand new! The color is back and now I don't feel like I need to re-carpet the house. MUCH better than anything Stanley Steamer was ever able to do. read more
