As a single parent working 40+ hours a week, these characteristics are what brought me to cadence. Unfortunately, since then there's been a drastic change in management that's left me feeling increasingly uncomfortable. I understand my autistic son can be a handful but the previous staff members were much more understanding when it came to him as they had children of their own. I believe it's safe to say the new staff don't have any. I was looking forward to renewing my lease but I'm highly skeptical after a staff member personally came to my door well outside of office hours to complain about my son (apparently he was with a group of kids who were ding dong ditching, however, I know it wasn't him because I had a long talk with him about it). And even after communicating my apologies for his disruptive behavior, they continued to send emails reiterating the same thing even though by then he had stopped. Although it seems that cadence is becoming a not so "family friendly" neighborhood, the maintenance staff, Eddy especially, are prompt and a joy to see every time!

This is not a luxury apartment. I have lived in and toured many apartments and for it to say…read moreluxury, but it has all basic appliances basic showerheads, basic sink heads. Lots and lots of kids walking around the apartment complex breaking things turning on grills and running away completely ruining the lawn out there throwing rocks everywhere ruining the cute little fire pit areas trying to break the sink head out there by the pool maintenance never cleans up trash unless it's day seven and someone finally complains you get paid to do that ? the trash by the pool stays full and overfilling and is so disgusting days and days later still the same trash there There's a multiple things around the community that are just not luxury at all due to kids messing things up and trashing the place, not including the dumpsters that look like a landfill every day. i'm not looking for approval a disagreement I'm just stating the facts and it seems like you hire any time or Bob off the street that does online assessment to do AC repairs maintenance landscaping groundskeeping. Unless you're looking to live somewhere with hundreds and hundreds of kids that ruin a property and basic apartment appliances then this is your place.

Aventon apartment complex knows exactly how to take care of their tenants. They have this place in check all the time. The property is maintained very very well. Coming from an expert in renting and critiquing many complexes, I give this one a five out of five. Always a job well done. OMG...over the last eight years the changes to Nocatee is so dramatic. Came here back then to visit…read morethe one 55+ subdivision but hated the tour since they were not active enough for our liking. There is a centralized Nocatee Town Center with several family orientated gated residential sections. A Splash water park, walking trails, canoe & kayak launching area and much more. I'm back this weekend to spend time with family in Nocatee and dont even recognize the geographics. Took a night drive on a golf cart to visit a few sights (noticed that there are three Publix Supermarkets and multiple schools) and ate really good pizza at a neighborhood pub called Treylor Park. Only twenty minutes south to St Augustine for the day. Great area with gators too.

Location is great, yes it's a very new development area but still great area, I have a pup and the process to get him approved since he is an ESA was a breeze and simple. Loving all the amenities there is to enjoy. They make a lot of small events such as food truck and ice cream truck. I honestly come home and feel like going into a resort everyday and I have been to plenty resorts and it always gives me the same vibe. Pretty chill community and small which is always nice, only noise is the train when it pass by but other than that pretty chill area. Definitely could be better gated but there is always worse places and can never please everyone.
