The issue is that the walk-in line is super long, while the pre-order/pre-paid line had no more than between 6 to 8 people. Staff on the 5 registers informed walk-in customers that management told them they are only ring up pre-order/pre-pay. Meanwhile, walk-in customers would suffer because of some idiotic management decision, and they are too obtuse to fix a simple problem to solve. RIDICULOUS!!! Lesson learned, best to pre-order/pre-pay for next year at least 2 week ahead. If you wait too late, they will not accept anymore pre-order/pre-pay.
