Parking is minimal. Seek additional parking on Devonshire. I was greeted and seated quickly at dinner. USA was playing Paraguay and they had a big screen and some flat screens showing the game. I ordered whatever was on their Friday Special menu. Got a nice piece of steak with the most incredible sauce. Side of rustic potatoes with a creamy cheese sauce. By far the best dinner and meal I've had anywhere in a very long time. My server was excellent and attentive. The place just has an overall great vibe. Family atmosphere. Great for small groups. I would absolutely recommend them.

Asado Al Horno (Saturday signature dish)
Deborah V.

Amazing food! There are different signature dishes everyday! I'll definitely be back every chance I get. Food:I ordered the Asado Al Horno (a Saturday signature dish), along with the Parrilla Chica, chimichurri, and bread. The Asado Al Horno consists of bone in short ribs slow roasted for six hours. It was incredibly tender and flavorful! Thinking about it makes my mouth water. The Parrilla Chica features a variety of meats, including Certified Angus skirt steak (we ordered it medium rare and it was so good), bone in short rib flank, marinated sweetbreads, and their homemade Argentine chorizo. We chose French fries as our side. This dish truly felt like a meat lover's paradise on a plate. The chimichurri, salsa, and bread were on point as well. I loved the chimichurri so much that I ended up dipping some of my meat in it. Service : Exceptional! Julieta offered great recommendations and we were beyond pleased with our choices. She was attentive and helpful throughout our dining experience. Ambiance: Spacious, clean and well decorated with Argentinian theme. The restaurant also features wine, meat, and bakery selections.

ordered a sandwich with egg and ham, basically a breakfast sandwich and it was good and satisfying. Nothing over the top, but it was made well, fresh, and hit the spot. A solid option if you're looking for a quick, simple bite. Lots of older Argentinian gentleman sitting around enjoying goo company and vibe, it's a good thing when your own people want to eat the food! Love it, thank you guys :)

Label on door dash doesn't match label on container. It doesn't have powdered sugar but does have coconut
Katherine P.

Ordered through door dash and the order was mostly wrong. Started with 4 empanadas in one box we cut into each and 2 of 4 were not as ordered. Empanadas were just ok. Ordered a chicken milanesa sandwich got a sausage sandwich. I was craving alfahores cookies covered in powdered sugar but they arrived without powdered sugar and had coconut. I was confused since they looked different than I was used to. Went back to door dash website and this was the description. "Alfajores de Maicena - Delicate sandwich cookies filled with smooth dulce de leche, dusted with powdered sugar. Description generated by DoorDash AI. Where's my powdered sugar? No mention of coconut. I look at the label on the container and very different than what was listed. Suggest they update this as I am allergic to coconut.

No sandwiches de miga

The change The Argentine sausage recipe and it's not good they keep telling me to try the newer ones and over and over again they're not even close to what they used to be, on the same note , they changed the management and every time I talked to him he totally ignored my opinion or advice, I think this place and the Sepulveda are going down as far as I know, Gerardo was spot on and this new guy is clueless, so sorry to see this. I like every one working there , I was there two days ego an didn't have any dulce de leche or entrańas , today they didn't have any sandwiches de miga , Not good!!!!

Parillo Argentina - short rib, skirt steak, and chorizo sausages

Had a meat craving and came to try this place out, and was very happy I did! It's a sit down restaurant attached to a market, but the seating was very nice. We shared a parillo Argentina, which came with bread, fries, and salad. The bread also came with some oily sauces, which I'm woefully underinformed on, but complemented the bread nicely. The meat came out on a hot grill, which surprisingly used charcoal for heating instead of those shorter burning blue gel cups. It was a perfect amount of food for 2, and I'm happy to come back and try some of their other options on the future!

Super yummy...Merluza/white fish fillet caper white wine cream sauce. ...must try.

August 2025.....looking for a place that can accommodate a family of 20 with kids? Or a place that serves great meat but your significant other is a vegetarian-pescatarian? Look no more Mercado Bueños Aires is for you. Great for carnivores but totally love their vegetarian friendly empanadas and Merluza fish dishes. Totally love..... Merluza Picatta...white fish fillet w/ caper white wine cream sauce Merluza a la Parilla....grilled white fish fillet w/ chimichurri Onion & cheese empanada baked Sweet corn empanada baked Spinach empanada baked Parilla Completa Parilla Bueños Aires Love that they have grilled intestines and sweetbreads/thymus. Missing 1 star due to..... - the not so fresh salmon on my salad but I returned it. -Also one of our grills had a beef short rib that had more bone than meat.

First timer here, I'm not Argentinian nor do I look for red meat but man oh man is this place DELICIOUS!!! the service from the staff members were very professional and friendly. The ambiance does feel like you're in Argentina and it's always proactive, so that should tell you that the food is delicious! Definitely coming back to try out their other dishes and desserts as well. Y'all did a great job! BUEN TRABAJO!!!

About two years ago, my friends ordered takeout from this restaurant, and I remember the food being excellent. Today, as I was passing by, I decided to dine in. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad, and it was one of the best I've had. The chicken was exceptionally juicy, and the dressing was flavorful and well-balanced. The portion size was also ideal and quite satisfying. I look forward to returning and will likely order the same dish again.

First time ever stepping into the bakery/ restaurant! The waitress was extremely sweet and informative. Food was delicious and fresh! I enjoyed everything about my solo date! Didn't feel awkward or nervous! And the cleanliness was . Must try this restaurant!

The server here was sweet & he took his time to explain what type of meats for the dishes & described them perfectly. We got seated immediately & the food took about 10-15 minutes. the chicken tasted amazing & the mashed potatoes were delicious. They also have desserts & a little market you can shop at as well.

But honestly, we keep coming back mainly for the meat. Their parrilla is LOVE. Perfect for sharing with 3-4 people, incredibly flavorful and always satisfying. And the desserts... they're so cozy and delicious, they honestly taste like something my grandma would bake for me :) Warm, homemade and impossible to resist. Another huge plus is the pricing, very reasonable for the quality and portions you get. The staff is always welcoming and attentive, which makes the whole experience even better. This place feels authentic in the best possible way. One of our absolute favorite spots whenever we're craving real Argentine food in LA.

As a welcoming…read morestarter, we were served warm, crusty French bread accompanied by their flavorful chimichurri sauce. The bread was fresh and perfectly complemented the bright, herbaceous chimichurri. For our entrées, we enjoyed the Thursday daily special, Merluza de Pappilletto, tenderly baked white fish sitting on a layered bed of potatoes and spinach, which was beautifully prepared and packed with delicate flavors and served with a lemon caper cream sauce on the side. Delicious! We also ordered the Churrasco de Lomo, grilled filet mignon steak topped with chimichurri butter. The menu specified "Two 6 oz. filet mignon steaks" so we were confused that the plate arrived with only one piece of meat. It does specify an option to get a 12 oz filet for $30 or a 6 oz for $17. Maybe that's what they meant about "two"? Who knows....Although the steak was tender & flavorful, it wasn't cooked medium rare as we requested rather it was more on the well-done side. However, the chimichurri butter that topped it added a rich and delicious finishing touch. The side dishes were equally impressive. The Arroz Azafrán, a paella-style rice, was fragrant, flavorful, and a perfect accompaniment to both entrées. The Crema de Espinaca featured creamy spinach with Parmesan that was rich, comforting, and wonderfully balanced. To finish the meal, we shared the tiramisu, which was the perfect ending to an excellent dinner. It was light, creamy, and not overly sweet, with just the right amount of coffee flavor. I think there can be improvements to be made on their service. There was only one wait staff taking care of the whole restaurant so there were moments of lengthy wait times, totally not his fault. They need to hire at least one more person to help out. Also take note of the bill, they automatically add a 3% "Kitchen" gratuity which I've never seen before so you might want to take this into consideration when applying the tip. The food & presentation was great overall. Mercado Buenos Aires delivers authentic flavors, high-quality ingredients, and a warm atmosphere that would want me to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an exceptional Argentine dining experience.

The ambience was very jovial yet elegant, I felt like it should become my Argentinian getaway! We chose the special options offered and they were well thought out. They were gracious enough to let me take my friend's empanada to go. The food was excellent as were their wine selections, my white wine was crisp, it paired nicely with the meal. My friend's Malbec was perfect with the beef. As we lingered, our server offered to "top off" our wines, I was blown away by this gesture, it alone should garner great acclaim! Outside on the street there were not a lot of options since it was a beautiful valley night. I can say this was my first time trying Argentinian food and it won't be my last. They did not have cocktails which was a disappointment for me but they had a very affordable wine selection filled with, you guessed it, Malbec. They also serve beer if that is your thing. Getting to the meat of the review, I had the ribeye that was cooked to perfection. It came with three dipping sauces and I tasted one of the three and opted to forgo any sauce. It just wasn't my flavor. For the side we got the mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts with bacon. Both good neither great. Jumping to the desserts. We got the crème brûlée a trio of sorbet and a chocolate mousse. I don't eat chocolate but it was devoured by the rest of the table. The sorbets were refreshing and the brûlée was tasty. Now to what I loved. The tapas aka appetizers. Beets and burrata salad 10/10 Empanadas three ways Spinach and cheese 9/10 Beef 9/10 Chicken 9/10 Garlic shrimp 10/10 Each appetizer I thought was better than the next with the burrata probably being my favorite. Avengers Assemble! This is a five star review and a…read morewonderful place that we highly recommend! The parking is easy in a small shopping center,, we didn't even need to use Pym particles to shrink the car to fit into a spot. There is indoor and outdoor seating, so we chose outdoor seating, so we could dine in alfresco and the service was excellent. Both the main server and her assistant consistently checked in on us and made sure our drinks were filled. Service is very friendly and they basically had Spidey-sense for exactly when we needed refills. We ordered their chef special steak, which is an Argentinian grilled ribeye, but with an Italian sauce. We also ordered the shrimp, which is also a fusion of Argentinian and Italian. The flavor team-up was so good it felt like Tony Stark and Bruce Banner working together in the lab. For an appetizer, we got an empanada. This is one of the best empanadas we've had, as the crust was very airy and crispy, but not heavy and overly dense. Excellent texture and flavor,, honestly mighty enough to lift Thor's hammer tbh. Also, ordered Argentinian sausages. Excellent texture and bold flavor. It may not have a spicy kick as an Italian sausage, but quality meat and insides. Dr Strange would happily take us on a tour inside and out of this sausage with his yellow portal openers. Oh wait, we are the sausages, so guess he can't. Interestingly, enough, we didn't think that bread could be so excellent! We are big fans of French and Vietnamese style baguettes that are slightly crispy on the outside, but very light on the inside. The bread here was crispy on the outside, but also light and a little chewy on the inside, but in the best way possible. So it has its own flare and flavor. We asked, and they indeed bake this in-house, and you could definitely tell! They mentioned that they make their sandwiches with this baguette bread that is baked on premise and in-house, so we will definitely have to come back and try it again. That bread is basically the reality Infinity Stone of the menu. Excellent food, excellent service, and excellent ambience! Kinda as relaxing as chilling at the Avengers compound after a long mission.

We parked in the lot and came for an early dinner at 5PM on a Wednesday so did not have to wait. The restaurant got busier as the time got closer to 6PM. Service was friendly and attentive throughout the meal, truly stellar. Many servers were bilingual in English and Spanish. There were also a few foods and goods for sale. The interior of the restaurant is reminiscent of a wooden house/cabin. As for the food, the complimentary hot bread is very tasty, and we enjoyed the Ensalata Argentina also. We ordered the Parillada Mixta for two (comes with side choice of fries, roasted potatoes, salad, or sauteed vegetables and we chose vegetables), as well as the Risotto Don Juan de Marco. The parillada came with a substantial amount of meat kept warm on a grill, accompanied by a chimichurri. The short rib meat was a bit tough but still tasty. I felt like the risotto was good but not outstanding. We finished with a creme brulee for dessert and someone also ordered a coffee (cortadito). The meal was solid though came out to $150 after tax and tip.
