I have received multiple letters about my policy and why it has been cancelled, even though I paid for it on 5/17/18. First, I received a letter indicating I owe more money because proof of prior coverage was not provided. My prior coverage was through Baja, so they have a record of it. I received a letter today indicating the policy was cancelled because pictures of the car were not received, even though they took pictures of the car. Now I'm on hold, with 23 people ahead of me. Don't do business with this company!!! read more

DO NOT USE THIS CORRUPT INSURANCE COMPANY!!!Also known as Freeway Insurance! Check your policy often we bought a policy, they took the funds , come to find out we were NOT COVERED! Angi B and Kevin both Hispanic do not comprehend English or even the insurance policies. Both were asked to see their insurance license and they said they do not have one and they did not know their license number. Policy had automated payment with plenty of funds always in there. They cancelled policy yet took funds and was not covered. I share this because many people are coming out being discriminated, robbed of their money, not covered, and being lied to! I think they are undocumented workers with no clue except that they needed a job and could speak Spanish to the Latino clientele who are in need of insurance and believe they are doing it right! WRONG!!! BAJA has many complaints in the state of TEXAS and under the BBB....look it up! Turn them into the Texas Department of Insurance, Texas attorney General Ken Paxton and all other agencies! Demand your policy in writing and check your bank accounts! That was our Red Flag!!! read more

Alex, one of the young ladies there, was very helpful trying to get me a great price for great coverage but to bad the monthly payments were coming out a little too high. This is one of the worst insurance I have ever used. and I'm guessing for the price I was paying I should have expected it. we went to get coverage for an additional car and before they gave us a quote. sounded good. she ran the payment while we where still verifying the info. I told her to stop because everything was incorrect. she did not listen to a thing we had said. we decided to cancel and go with a much more expensive insurance company and the extra am paying is worth it for non hassle. We told her to reverse the transaction and this girl is like I can't do that. you have to wait 10 days. At 10 days, they said you have to wait about 2 weeks because they are mailing you a check. We waited 3 weeks and here we are they are trying to make us wait and additional month because they need to process it. I thought you processes everything a month go. Frustrating company to deal with. And employees so unprofessional. STAY AWAY FROM BAJA PLEASE. you are better off paying a little extra for the piece of mind read more
