I got them to cater a birthday party for my 85-year-old sister who lives in OC. Inga was very flexible with starting time since it was a rainy weekend and the dirt roads where I live where questionable. She allowed for all the majority of guests to arrive from OC and served a wonderful hot and delicious meal. With some intensive yelping, we picked this business due to their amazing yelp reviews. Yelp did not disappoint! INGA (business owner) IS THE SWEETEST PERSON YOU WILL MEET. She was amazing right from contact and she is incredibly fast at responding. You could just tell how passionate she was about her business through e-mail and her personality really shined through her words. Sometimes an e-mail personality is different than an in person one but when we met her, she was wonderful. Baja Style's set up was very nice and professional. We have had taco caterers before but we were so impressed with this set up. The style of their meat was definitely different but a good change. It was very tasty! As of Oct 18 I have used Inga over 20 times and would not book another taco lady ever!!! This catering company Kicks ass! On Thursday, my Work Company had their Christmas party and they decided to go with a Taco Bar. I remember them mentioning that the price was just right ! My husband and I got to the Christmas Party extremely late (I promise you it wasn't my fault), said our hellos and went straight to the taco bar since we were starving. Both ladies were so sweet and nice. Very willing to help out my husband and I. I was taken by surprise when they had quesadillas as another option. THANK GOD, because I brought my child and it was such a nice option to have instead of trying to feed him Mexican rice and Beans! They had a fully loaded salsa bar with sour cream, cilantro, onions, mild, spicy, and hot sauces, mexican cheese, tortilla chips, jalapenos and pickled carrots. They literally had everything! The meat that was provided was Pork, Chicken and Carne Asada. My favorite was the chicken. The pork was a little to salty and oily for me. After sitting down and eating, my husband went to go smoke a cigarette and I believe Inga went to sit down next to him and take a little break. He told me that she was extremely nice and ended up letting him take home a couple plates home of food. They were extremely clean and had over all good customer service!
