The caterer arrived late, and food service didn't begin until about 1.5 hours after the scheduled time. The service was also very slow, causing our baby shower to be delayed by nearly two hours. Booked Los Michoacanos for our one of our wedding late night snack vendors and everyone was super hyped for this! Booking with Caesar was really efficient and easy. Most of our communication was through phone calls and some email but we were able to get our orders through and set for the wedding day. On the day of the wedding, even though I was super busy, I noticed that they arrived on time and set up pretty quickly. Even though I was at one end of the courtyard and they were at the complete opposite end, I could smell the food cooking and it smelled so good! There was enough food for everyone but I do want to note that the salsas did run out towards the last 30-45 minutes, but then again some people tend to overload on salsa. Also, I booked about 2 months in advance, they don't send email confirmations so I was a bit worried, but I did follow up on my end to confirm everything was still booked. For myself I like to have some kind of proof of booking in case of any misunderstands or issues, but of course they did show up and on time.
