Although the office later refunded my payment as a "one-time courtesy," I do not believe a courtesy was warranted. I believe I was entitled to a refund because I received no services and never agreed to forfeit my payment under those circumstances. While I have been pleased with the medical care provided by the physicians, I found the office's business practices regarding consultation fees to be unfair and lacking in transparency. The lack of organization, accountability, and follow-through is honestly unacceptable for a company at this price point.
