I paid around $10,000 for tattoo removal and was under the impression I had a full treatment plan (10 rounds across 3 areas). I have only completed 8 rounds, so I KNOW I still have sessions left. Out of nowhere, I was told I had no remaining sessions. This isn't even the first time this has happened--previously, they told me the same thing, then later admitted it was a mistake and that I did in fact have sessions left. This time, they said they needed to "review my account" and would get back to me... and they never did. Now I'm stuck with a partially faded tattoo that isn't fully removed, after investing a significant amount of money and time. The lack of organization, accountability, and follow-through is honestly unacceptable for a company at this price point. If you're considering LaserAway, I would strongly recommend keeping detailed records of every session and communication, because clearly their internal tracking system is unreliable. She provides documents on how to care for your skin, which ingredients to avoid in products among other things. I purchased the products, avoided triggers and kept going for regular treatments. Something I thought I couldn't achieve- before seeing her I was breaking out a lot with non inflamed acne in my jaw area and chin. As well as some inflamed acne near my cheeks and jaw as well. Now not only has my skin cleared up significantly, I have seen some pretty dark scars lighten up and are close to fading which I didn't think was possible.
