I called simply to understand why the charges on my account were different from the amount I originally signed for. Instead of listening to my concern, Hannah immediately became rude, started yelling, talking over me, and would not allow me to explain the reason for my call. She repeatedly accused me of asking for a refund, which I never did. I was only trying to get clarification about the charges. She also told me that I should have read the "fine print" displayed at the front desk before calling about the issue. As a customer, I expected professionalism, respect, and basic communication. Unfortunately, this interaction felt hostile and dismissive. I hope management takes customer service more seriously in the future. read more

They recently moved into their new location which was soothing and peaceful from the moment you pull open the door and are warmly greeted. Once settled in with your choice of playful slippers you are led to the waiting area where comfy loungers await and a warm neck wrap is placed on your neck. You can also have complimentary wine, sparkling wine, tea or flavored water while you wait for your therapist to pick you up and take you to the treatment room. I got a massage from Cara, and she was terrific! She asked what areas needed the most attention and made sure I was comfortable. The treatment rooms are serene and I appreciated the little extras like the warm neck wrap making another appearance during my massage. Upon checkout- I was presented with a little bit of chocolate heaven which was another unexpected indulgence. Prices are good and if you are a first time client there is also a discount which you can see on their website. I also liked the retail area at the front of the spa where you can purchase things to extend your spa experience at home. Parking is free and there is plenty of it. The paperwork was easy and they serve you wine! The waiting room is very relaxing and my sauna experience was awesome. I was on vacation (few months ago) and booked a hydro facial and a massage. This was the best massage that I had ever had. Very attentive and paid attention to every detail and the area that was hurting. I felt light after my massage and that surprisingly lasted months after. For the facial, it was my first hydro facial and the young lady was so professional, explained every process and gentle. She touched on every area on my face and did some manual extractions as well. My face also felt good months after. Side note - I just did my second hydro facial and does not come close to the one in Florida. The puffy slippers are unique - you take your shoes off and wear soft socks and your choice of slippers. Went in for a pedicure, I've been searching and searching for a great spot for pedicures. I expected a high end facility like this to supply high end service and products. However, their polish selection is low quality polish, so you can expect your nails to come out low quality. Lisa was great, don't get me wrong. But streaky polish, dirty nail beds & skin sides? Polish that smudged due to the multiple layers that were applied in an attempt to mask the streaks? What was the point of the pedicure then lol I expected better, and polish is a key component in the service that's offered, wouldn't it be in everyone's best interest for it to be good quality? Update: Well everyone can see the type of response I received from the facility. Lisa offered to cover up my polish with glitter because it was so bad. She also disappeared and didn't come back to me after I declined the glitter, so I couldn't even address it with her. I did mention it to the front desk. Not sure if you followed up with your employees. But, Lisa knew the job was subpar. Thanks so much Michael for showing how "adult" you are with handling your business. My review was "untruthful" but you still agreed that it was a bad job and that's all that my review was about. I did receive a full refund, but that's because do you see the bad job? my money was coming back to me one way or another. Fine salt covered the floor, two rows of salt bricks on two walls and a salt brick tower. The girl told me the session will end when I hear the pump that infuses "salt air" stop. The session was suppose to be for 45 minutes, but ended after 35. When I replied this after asked how my session was, the two girls did not seem to care. There was no apology, no answer and no smile. It's been a couple of years now since we came here as a group, but it's only improved on quality and service. From intake to checkout, we were pampered like princesses. Two of us had spa pedis, one a relaxing massage, and the veteran of our group (not me this time) chose a facial. Prior to our appointments, we were offered big, comfy, fun character slippers, escorted into the waiting area, offered drinks, and handed hot neck pillows. They purvey a complimentary selection of drinks, such as mimosas, gourmet coffee and teas, as well as nuts, berries and seeds in their self-serve bar. I think I want to mirror this in my home! The spa has an adjoining boutique and a salon with a nail bar. While there, a couple of men walked in for haircuts. The staff here is absolutely wonderful!! Thus far, this is my favorite spa! And there's a Spanish saying, "El ojo del amo engorda el caballo." The charming, professional, amiable owner of this business is one of the reasons I believe it to be such a success. After taking care of the fees, the last little treat is a small piece of dark, salted chocolate that they serve you from a small wooden treasure chest. I was given a neck pillow from the lady that was processing payment and handling cards and answering phone, there was no washing of her hands in between touching someone's card and touching my pillow. she was holding her pen and my pillow in the same hand as she handed it to me. They make you share slippers with past guests, and let the guest leave their shoes in the lobby of the "spa, and on the shelves where the available slippers are. The floors are very dirty and that's probably why the slippers are so dirty as seen in the photos. The "Spa" is next to a chicken place and the "dirty dining " famous Chinese restaurant. The front desk staff was very friendly, however I tried to go into the relaxation room and there were group of people talking and laughing, and it was more of a social room than a relaxation room. The owner was offended that I wanted to leave and accused me of being on drugs, having mental health issues, being hysterical, and made fun of my face. Even though I never even said anything other than I couldn't believe people share the slippers, and that it was too dirty and loud for me, at a whisper level nonetheless. He called me a "crazy " as I left because I told him his place was dirty, and then continued to harass me as I was outside for a half hour , even waiting for me to finish a coffee next door to follow me to my car and continue to harass me. I've never seen anything like this in my life. Just because it was too dirty of a spa for me. He came out of his office with big crazy eyes asking me why I was leaving, I told him I was leaving because it was dirty , and he stated that he bought the spa for his wife 14 years ago, that I was on drugs , and "crazies gotta go" as I was walking out. I was even shaking from how aggressive he was. He was probably the most psychotic business owner I've met. he kept repeating how he bought the spa for his wife 14 years ago 1( poor wife ...2) I can tell the place is 14 years old, I don't think they've remodeled it in 14 years. I also think they're paying for their positive reviews. I mean look at the photos .... What kind of spa makes their customers SHARE cartoon character slippers !?!?!?!?!? Seriously felt like I was in the twilight zone. the fact that owner told me I have mental health issues because I didn't want to share slippers and get a massage in an unsanitary and loud environment, and then screamed at me that I was trespassed after I clearly was the one to leave after two minutes, it's comical, it's all unbelievable.
