I found this place by accident while I was substituting at an elementary school around the corner. How fortuitous for mel i'm amazed that a little donut shop could have such expertly made pastries. It's a small local bakery so of course the customer service is awesome. The young lady behind the counter was very knowledgeable on all of the pastries (yes they offer more than just doughnuts). The place is very small with one or two tables available if you want to dine in, but it's definitely set up for more of a grab and go. Needless to say, the donuts are to die for! Honestly, they are some of the best donuts I've ever had. I also had a bacon egg and cheese croissant, which was delicious and a Boudin kolache! The Boudin kolaches come in regular and jalapeño...of course you know your girl had jalapeño! Mmmm mmmm good! All of the items were surprisingly fresh considering they open at about 5 AM and I didn't arrive until after noon. Writing this review has made me hungry. I think I'll head on over there now.

Best kolaches in town and really good donuts! Large sausage jalapeño and cheese is my favorite. Their braided meat pocket thing was great too.

This place is conveniently located on the corner of a little shopping center. It has a quick drive thru, a lobby, and a nice little sitting area outside of the building. I walked in and I was immediately greeted by a gentleman who worked there with a large smile. You can see the smile through his mask it was so big. He was very attentive and friendly. I ordered a cup of coffee, sausage and cheese kolache, and a couple of old fashioned glazed donuts. The coffee was delicious and fresh. They serve community coffee which is awesome as I am a fan of that Louisiana coffee company. The kolache breading was very soft and savory. They even put a nice butter glaze over the kolache which gives it a nice flavor. The donut was sweet and perfect touch with my coffee. I used the restroom before I left and I'll add that the restroom was clean and tidy. This is a plus as I like to wash my hands before consuming the baked goods. Very positive experience.

This bakery is around the corner of our house and we just now discovered it. What a great find! Everything is so fresh and tasty. It is a small family business and the owners are very friendly. Besides donuts, there is a variety of breakfast items such as kolaches, taand croissant sandwiches. They also have a drive thru.

Great Thai tea! 10/10 recommend. I love their jalapeño kolaches & also their new Iced Cambodian Coffee !

Great kolaches and croissants...they get the order incorrect sometimes and run out of items often but other than that I like this place.

This renovated historic house gives the entire space a cozy, peaceful atmosphere. There are couches, comfortable seating, and quiet corners perfect for studying. You can catch up with friends, or simply slow down for a bit. Outside there is a playground and picnic tables for family time. I love this! The restrooms are clean. That's always a plus in my book! One for boys and one for girls! What really caught my attention was the prayer wall. It adds such a thoughtful and uplifting touch to the environment and makes the space feel genuinely community-centered. You can tell this isn't just a business. It's a place where people come to connect, reflect, and encourage one another. The Christian atmosphere is subtle but meaningful, and it contributes to the calm and welcoming vibe throughout the coffee house. And of course, the coffee was excellent. Everything tasted fresh, balanced, and carefully made. The pastries were good too. The cruffins and baked goods deserve every compliment. The staff is genuinely kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. If you're anywhere near Temple, Texas, and looking for a coffee shop. This should be your one stop. Absolutely, worth the stop. May 2026

This place's latte art caught my attention because that is definitely one of the crafts that distinguishes a coffee place, blurring the line between second and third-wave, in my opinion. I decided to give this place a try as it was more promising than anything I could find in the area. They had a good selection of drinks and standard drinks that you would find in any other coffee shop. I was also surprised to see that they also offered pourover options and had very good equipment, similar to the stuff I have at home in order to make it. This really piqued my interest. Unfortunately, the beans they had to make the pourovers or 4 to 6 months old, so I decided not to go with a pourover. Instead, I got a latte, which they actually did a beautiful job in terms of the latte art which told me that they knew how to properly get milk up to the right temperature and know how to layer the drink properly which gave me some hope. The latte was actually pretty good and I would actually come back for it. The people provided good service and were nice and patient . The ambiance was very basic and empty, with a lukewarm cafeteria-like design which made it feel like a first wave and was not pleasant. Other than that, I would called this a pretty solid hole in the wall that is worth checking out. 3.5/5
