Today I ordered the Hungry Man Hero and Pastrami bagel sandwich on an onion bagel. The hero was yummy and it was huge! It could definitely be shared between two people. The bread they use for the subs is very soft and delicious. My husband enjoyed his pastrami bagel, the portions were perfect and the toppings seemed fresh. Service was nice as always. We online ordered for a dozen bagels. We picked them up around noon. Bagels are a missing link in Temple sadly. My husband's sugar was low so we ordered coffee and bagels to go. The server mentioned the coffee might not be really hot. We were okay with warm. Okay that was an understatement. The coffee was COLD and despicable in taste. Even though your bagels are good, never serve tepid or cold coffee, we would have opted for tea or juice. We just moved here and needed a breakfast to get going for getting house ready and unpacking. This is a genuine NY style deli bagel. We got BEC's IYKYK. This is definitely a NY style deli/bagel shop as we are original New Yorkers. The bagels are spot on and the specials are delicious. We've been eating here for 6 years now and keep finding new treats. The standard is a two egg, cheese and sausage on an egg bagel for the kids, but last week I tried the veggie cream cheese and was delighted to discover it was loaded with FRESH vegetables. My husband and I wanted to try something new for brunch since this area is pretty small and limited with options since majority of the eateries around here all sell the same thing. The employees were very welcoming and patient with us since it was our first time going there. The place is clean and well kept. Our order was taken immediately, and the food was done about ten or 15 minutes after. We ordered the cheesesteak sandwich in the 6" and 18". All in all the food was fresh just wish that the cheese was melted and the onions were cooked or dropped in water to remove the harsh flavor. Meeehh... it's just a bagel shop that never seems to get my order right. I understand that I'm not ordering something straight from the menu, but all I want is an open face bagel, with cream cheese, a slice of American, guacamole, and a tomato... ON BOTH SIDES!!! You don't know how many times I've ordered it, gotten have the stuff on one piece, half on the other, or everything OFF the bagel and in little containers on the side. Or everything in a closed bagel sandwich, but not enough ingredients to just make it myself... I don't feel like I'm ordering anything hard to make, and I'm not afraid of being charged extra for getting essentially two sandwiches with it being open faced, but I'm absolutely shocked at how often it's make incorrectly lol. " from the friendly staff We went with standard breakfast sandwich fare but I had my b.e.c on an everything bagel(trust me,it's the ONLY way to have a bacon,egg and cheese sandwich!). I can admit that food service is difficult, from personal experience. So it saddens me to share a bad review because the food turned out to be good, but my service was not as good as it could've been. I ordered two Hungryman Hero Sandwiches through GrubHub and asked that the condiments be put on the side since I wanted to apply them myself to prevent them from adding to much, and just in case I didn't like them. When I received the delivery I found that the condiments were added to the sandwich. Then when I called to report the issue to the owner, instead of offering to replace them or even a discount for the next visit, she shared that they didn't receive the information because they turned that feature off in their GrubHub profile because they were receiving too many weird requests. Again, I work FS, so I know how important customer satisfaction is, and how a small token of customer appreciation or owning a mistake can prevent bad reviews or the loss of good business due to bad publicity. Word of mouth can sometimes make or break a business. I won't speak ill but I will definitely reconsider spending another $30 at this establishment. Bagels were great, very close the NJ/NY bagels that I am used to. The reason for only 3 stars is because I ordered a pork roll and cheese and there' was only one slice of pork roll on my sandwich. It didn't even cover the whole bagel! When I was in high school, I worked in a bagel store and we put four slices on the sandwich unless the costumer requested different. If the famous pork roll is going to be served, it needs to be done right. On another note, the unique coffees on the menu are delicious. read more

Location: It is located in Harker Heights next to a pho/yogurt shop. Food: They have a nice selection of bagels from blueberry, onion, plain, etc. I had a plain bagel with sausage, egg and cheese. This was a pre made sandwich that was ready to pick up from the heater. The bagel was great tasting for a plain bagel. My husband had one of the premium deli sandwich on a onion bagel and that was delicious. They also have soups, baked goods, cheesecake and pasta salads. Price: Prices are reasonable. Bagels are $0.99 each and cream cheeses cost extra. My breakfast sandwich cost less than $3 and my husband's deli sandwich was almost $6. Overall, the food was food and the price was average.
