I feel the price was right for the work done. He did exactly what was asked and even swapped out an extension cord I had elsewhere which was a bit too short for the job. He had to completely rewire our entire circuit breaker panel, to install a whole home surge protector and to replace one of our GFI outlets that blew. He got right to work and had to order a new panel to be delivered from Des Moines to Iowa City. Frank rushed here and got right to work helping Jeremy finish the job. The technician was at my house for less than 30 minutes. They visually checked the circuit breaker in the garage and tested the outlet voltage, finding no issues. I was then billed $320 for about 30 minutes of diagnostics with no equipment, parts, or supplies used. After questioning the charge, there was no willingness to negotiate. Based on my experience, I highly do NOT recommend using them due to the extremely high pricing for minimal work.
