After snowfall, the roads and common areas were left fully covered in snow and ice, with no one sent to clean it. It was unsafe, especially for families with kids. What's frustrating is that they have no problem increasing fees every year, but when it comes to actually maintaining the community, they disappear. Snow removal and safety are basic responsibilities, not extras. Residents are paying more and getting less. Poor management, lack of accountability, and no concern for resident safety. I would not recommend this association to anyone.

As for me, I missed my daughter's graduation ceremony as the police hauled me away when I showed them the house. Without an actionable step to prove I was "a danger" to my ex husband, the 302 was not even legal. But then again, who cares about that in North Fayette when child predator Anthony Saveikis's local magistrate sign still hangs (county ordinance violation), so no one can quite tell just who the local judge was who signed that last order.

I hope she is never put into that situation as a tenant herself. She threatened to kick another tenant out illegally because they refused to pay double their rent which was not in their contracted terms of the lease. I would give them a zero stars if I could.

Your happiness greatly depends on the building you live in. There are some buildings that have a great amount of people that make lots of noise, keep really weird hours, and basically claim the entire parking lot for their personal auto repair garage. 2. Ask if there is insulation above the third floor and the roof. Not kidding, humongous electric bills because all the heat went right up and out. And in the summer time good luck getting the apartment under 80 degrees during the day. Now again, this may be a building to building thing, but ask going in. $300 electric bills are no fun. The office manager mentioned to me they plan on spray foam insulation soon. Ask if it happened. 3. The Maintenance man has no idea what he is doing out side of little handy man stuff. He knocked the power out to my building on day while messing around with my furnace. Also when he touched the wrong thing and knocked the power out a huge fire ball came out of the furnace. I almost shat myself. 4. Snow removal can be an issue in the winter. But, it is a very nice, safe place to live, and the office staff is super nice. Really close to everything you want on McKnight road. Reasonable rent. I have lived in way worse, and I spent a few years here, so it was good enough. Just watch out for possibly high electric bills.
