After a few weeks of run-around by the cemetery and church I was told I would have to buy a new plaque for her grave. A family member referred me to Loiselle Memorials. Lisa and everyone else at Loiselle were FANTASTIC! They went out to the cemetery and reviewed what the problem was before calling me back. When replacing the original bronze plaque wasn't feasible various other options were made. I finally decided on a granite marker and was advised they would do their best but lead-time for engraving was about 8 weeks and odds were my mom's stone would not be ready for our Aug.15th burial date. They offered to take pictures when it was placed since I live on the other side of the country and that was a great compromise for me. So imagine my delight and surprise when we showed up at the cemetery on August 15th and there was mom's stone placed right next to dad's. It was beautiful and such a great surprise and comfort being able to see it while we were in town. In my time of frustration and sadness Lisa at Loiselle restored my faith in customer service.
