Cost me $750 to have my electrical outlets moved to accommodate the wrong size backsplash. I also want to add in all fairness that Counter Concepts did offer to recut the 5" backsplash, however my schedule could not accommodate this due to other trades already schedule. Unfortunately, there was the main Kitchen contractor in volved where concussion took place on backsplash size. Overall Counter Concepts is a stand-up company!
