He did not knock on the door to ask permission or let us know what was going on. When confronted about hitting a cable line he replied "no I didnt hit it, I disconnected it". I told him that is not ok and I wanted my service reconnected immediately, he argued and bullied me saying he will take as long as he wants to reconnect it. I asked him for a business card to formally complain. He said he didnt have a card and told me to "take a picture of my truck, who are you going to complain to? I am the owner." Then said he would return my services when he was ready and since I complained he wasn't in a hurry to do it. After a call to Spectrum, I confirmed that NO ONE is permitted to open that box and disconnect wires. Then a call to the Building Department to confirm that he did not get a permit to do the work. He plays fast and loose with building codes hoping to get in and out before anyone notices. He is unprofessional and thinks he is entitled to do anything to other neighboring properties if it makes his work easier. He bullies women - holding my cable/internet/phone hostage because I complained to him. This is all documented with Spectrum and Town Building Department.

Yelled at his employees. Fired 3 of them during the project and drug his equipment around putting large gouges in my new driveway. When I said it was unexceptable He claimed that it is what insurance is for. After getting the Estimate he got angry said he was not paying for it, complained about the driveway companies recommendation to seal it. I tried to compromise with him and he was going to finish up the season and call it even. Well that lasted about $162.00 worth of work on $1,500 worth of damage Mike treats his employees horrible.
