These guys are just attorneys who decided to practice Family Law. My experience with Azemika & Azemika was horrible. I personally met with Nicholas for my consultation and he shared stories of success in family law. I had a child custody matter that needed to be resolved. It was not complicated, but my child's mother was litigious. I felta bit confident because opposing counsel was not exclusively a family law attorney, he was a one-man law firm that did a little bit of everything in regards areas of specialty. During the court hearing, the opposing counsel (attorney) easily outmaneuver Nicolas' oral arguments in front of the judge. It was like Azemika & Azemika are family law attorneys in general, but don't have the ability to handle above-average skilled attorneys that push back against them. They didn't even object when the other attorney made absurd claims. ***I literally ended up with significantly less custody as a result of Azemika & Azemika's failures. After burning through my money throughout the months, they would not take phone calls unless payments were made in full. I was a college student at the time and needed to make payments after a certain point, but they refused this option. After not being able to pay for an full retainer fee again (they wouldn't accept payments, they filed a motion with the court to drop me as a client. I absolutely regret using them to represent me.
