This review is written regarding the best feeds store on Wildwood this past fall. It is written now…read moreas not many people look for a nursery review late fall and winter but rather the spring. My daughter's wedding was on October 28th. We were hunting live mums for decorating. We called MULTIPLE local nurseries. No one was willing to help, commenting that we could purchase what was left at the end of the season. As I continued down my list, I called best feeds on Wildwood. I had great experiences there before. I was shocked when the gentleman that answered the phone said to stop in and that they could certainly do something for me!!! He introduced me to two female staff members who were experts in matching colors, mums that bloomed later in the season, and sizes that I would need for each space. They also taught us how to make the blooms open at just the right time. The day of pick up they were all organized on a rack and ready to go. Can't say enough about the plant knowledge that the staff possesses. I really won't shop anywhere else for my plant needs moving forward. Can't say enough about how much it made her wedding day and the complements we received about our outside decorations. Cathy B

The one problem I had was there where virtually no customer sales help at all and after about 15 minutes I gave up and decided to leave. In the entire time I was there not one sales person came up to me and asked if they could help me find something???????? For me that is poor customer service even if they have nice plants and trees and a huge selection customer service should always be #1.

In…read morebusiness since the 1930s, they have live chickens on prem, several hoop houses, perennials, annuals. Buy 5 yards of mulch and/or mushroom manure and they deliver for free. They do not seem to sell "Bonnie", which in my opinion is great since Bonnie is everywhere and some of their practices are controversial. Their mulch is premium mulch, though it does seem to have its share of duckgrass. One year we used it, and we got sorghum growing in the yard. We bought a number of roses from them. Many of the "drift" brand varieties have done well. Some of the Ingrid Bergman roses got Rose rosette disease. It's not clear if they came from here or from another location, though, so I am not 100% sure, but I'm pretty sure I got it from here, but maybe not  It's a horrible disease. This year, we got some swiss chard to transplant and it was infested with leafborers, which also infected my beets. Now that I know what it looks like I'll actively avoid it. I have heard it can happen when the seasons are cold/wet spring and then hot early, which we had this year. In the end it is a business and they are in business because they sell you things. You really shouldn't transplant squash, melon, cucumber, but they do sell them for transplanting. It's better to stick to seeds with these and sow starting end of May to July. The place is cleared out of vegetables (and other annuals) by mid June. They could have a second round but I guess they want to keep that simple. Perhaps the number of customers doesn't allow it.

Here's a five-star review based on your experiences with Fifthroom.com:…read more --- I recently purchased two large Ramada kits in Eastern Hemlock hardwood with a mahogany stain from Fifthroom.com, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience! The quality of the lumber is outstanding--each 8 x 8 post has a substantial, timber-like feel that truly elevates our outdoor space. Delivery was a bit challenging since it required a semi-truck, and we initially faced issues due to the lack of a forklift. However, the CEO, Tim, went above and beyond to help us navigate the logistics, especially since our project was in Montana and the company is based in Pennsylvania. For kits of this size I think it is recommended to hire people with Carpenter experience to install. I don't think this is reasonably done by homeowners who don't have a lot of Carpenter experience. It's important to note that all site work must be completed before the kits can be installed. For us, that meant extensive concrete work to ensure a level foundation, including sauna tubes going below the frost line for the post footings. As with any large construction project, we encountered a minor hiccup when the supplier mistakenly provided only one order of the metal needed for the roof instead of two. However, once we identified the error, Tim and his team, particularly Mike, who is incredibly knowledgeable, worked diligently to correct the issue and ensure we had everything we needed to finish our project on time. What sets Fifthroom apart is their commitment to customer service. They truly work with you to resolve any issues that arise, making the process much smoother. The materials were first-rate, and the quality of the people you work with is even higher. For all these reasons, I wholeheartedly give Fifthroom a five-star review! Our project was completed in July 2025, and I am excited to share some photos of the finished product.
