Called to get a quote for a re-key and some dead bolt installs. Phone customer service was so…read moreabsolutely atrocious that I ended up hanging up. It was such an awkward conversation, no introductions, only yes or no responses and honestly made it feel like he was doing me a favor by simply answering his phone. No thanks. Ended up going to Menards and purchasing a Schlage re-key kit and re-keyed my house for $7 and 30 minutes of time. Also installed my own deadbolts for the cost of a $20 Irwin deadbolt install kit and another 20 minutes. I didn't realize how easy it was to do this work myself. So I guess I will give you a thumbs up for being so rude that you encouraged me to teach myself your work.

While walking around my truck to get my 5 month old baby out, the vehicle locked BY ITSELF. It's absolutely terrifying to have your screaming baby locked in a vehicle and not being able to get to him! In a absolute panic I called dispatch who then must have called Rudy's. They both showed up so quickly and Rudy got the truck unlocked in no time. When I asked how much I owed he said nothing. It was more important to him to get the baby out than receiving compensation. That really says something about a persons character. On top of that, he gave my son a cute little bear! I would recommend this company over and over and over again. Thanks you Rudy's.
