We couldn't contain ourselves and ended up walking out with enough sweet treats to feed an army. Apricots are in season so we had apricot tarts, berlinbollen, vla and cakes. However we were very well prepared with hostess gifts as we visited local friends.

The pastry is baked with cinnamon and marzipan, and just so lightly covered with icing. It is a sweet party in your mouth. The staff here is friendly and unfazed when hordes of high school students storm the small shop before classes start.
