We got started right away, first Dr. Mandel checked where I was feeling pain from then Dr. Mandel loosened my muscles with a machine (I don't know what's the machine called). Then finally the moment I've been waiting for, he cracked my upper back first. He felt where the tension was and cracked. Then he cracked my lower back. At this point I already felt like I got a new back. Then he checked my neck and cracked it three times. WOW... I felt like a brand new person. I will most definitely be coming back. I can't wait to come back and try the Y-strap, yes he has the thing that those chiropractic YouTubers use. If you have back pain and need a good chiropractor go here. It is worth it!!
