I know, I know... all 5 star reviews seems too good to be true but I just don't have a single negative thing to say about Roya and Rock Your Body. Roya has been working with me for almost a year now and she's changed my life. Seriously though. I'm lazy, I love food and I don't like to exercise. But that's ok because Roya has made such a difference in my life. Rock Your Body is more than just one of those trainers you could get at a gym - it's a personalized whole body mind and soul makeover and it's worth every penny. I've known Roya for awhile so I was lucky to get a good deal but I'd pay full price if I had to!!! So our first session.. I was like ugh gawd what am I getting myself into but afterward I was motivated and ready for more. She came and went grocery shopping with me, scary right? Not at all she actually helped me by going through and identifying all the foods I should be eating and all the foods to avoid. And she even let me buy potato chips! Just the right kind of course... I was so shocked I could buy potato chips! After the grocery store it all just felt actually possible. Another great plus if food is your issue... she took me out to lunch a few times because I'm always eating out so that I could kind of learn how to navigate the menu. She told me about her daily eating and what she does to help me figure out what I could be eating. Then the workout... here's the part I dreaded most and really was happy to keep eating instead of having to do this... WASN'T BAD AT ALL! First we started by walking so she could gauge my level of fitness and what I could do, I'm like psh bish please I can walk but eh I did get some shin cramps so guess she was right! Once we finally got to the actual workout it was awesome! yes I sweat, yes I had to workout but it was quick once it started it was over before I knew it... She brings all her equipment to your house so you don't have to worry about feeling weird or stupid and people gawking or watching you it's just you roya and the kettle bells. I could keep going on every detail but bottom line is Roya makes this change in your life not quite as scary or hard, she motivates you to make it feel possible and she's there every step of the way. She texts me to check in how I'm doing and picks me up when I feel like I'm down, she even let's me blab on about my personal life so it's like a PT and therapist in one? All in all I def recommend her if you're looking to make a life change... or if you already are fit and just looking to step up your game! read more

Rock Your Body is one of the first company's that I found on Goggle where Personal Trainers come to train you at your Home, Apt or Office. The wonderful service is great for the extremely busy. I am a Real Estate mogul and have very little time to get to a gym. I was highly recommended to contact Roya by a friend of mine who has been training with her for the past year. I contacted Roya 6 months ago and have been training with her ever since. BEST DECISION I could of made for myself. She is super knowledgeable, kind, accommodating, attentive and punctual. She provides an exceptional service and has me sweating bullets LOL.... She is very creative with her style of training=). Rock Your Body and Roya are amazing! I have been training with Roya since the beginning of December and while results are subtle, i feel incredible. Roya is amazing! She is truly the Queen of the kettlebells I had five sessions with her and got a nutrition plan. The plan is working great and i look forward to my sessions every week.
