The staff has turned over a good bit in the couple years its been since my last visit which is no surprise given all everyone has faced and it had to have been ultrahard on businesses that require such personal contact and connection. That said, in looking at the bios and experiencing a massage from one staff member it's clear SN continues to vet who they sign on thoroughly and bring in well trained folks. Pretty much any kind of therapeutic body work you're interested in SN has you covered. I generally go for deep tissue massage but they do many styles and I'm sure do all the others well.
