Desk staff were very nice & friendly, luckily they knew I was from out of town so she didn't push me to do the membership. My friend said it was easy to schedule. The therapist was brand new and had zero technique -- it was not a pampering experience. I was supposed to get somebody more experienced named Emily but they subbed in somebody who was brand new so my friend who booked was very upset... she did a good job with the scalp and the hand massage the rest was extremely phoned in.... it felt short and once i felt exposed. I gave pressure fdbk. They really need consistent training. I felt like it was not worth the money at ALL. I didn't enjoy 90% of it. read more

I wouldn't recommend! As soon as I got home my lashes fell off . Thats not even the issue I got there with an appointment for 5pm for a color change and a 5:30 pm for lashes . they let someone go in front of me several times and I did not get to get seen till an hour later 6 o'clock is my first service was done and I didn't get out till about 6:30 because she had to do my eyebrows and lashes and I still wait for come in for that appointment and this is the third time that they have just let me sit there for an hour the first time I have my feet in a bowl of cold water for an hour and all I could do is get my feet painted. I couldn't get the full service but they will charge you the full price and they're not happy to do anything for you. Customer service is horrible. read more

The first time I went here I saw Rosemary and she was fantastic! The second time I booked a couples massage and mine was a prenatal massage appointment which I made clear at LEAST 3x on the phone and asked for someone great. The massage therapist was not prepared and had no idea I was pregnant, which I also filled out in the intake form. I honestly blame the front, I just don't think she was told. She tried her best. I wish they hit the pillows where you can be face down pregnant, laying on your side sucks, especially at 37 weeks! read more

This is my jam. I love this place. Professional, upscale, clean, relaxing and outstanding customer service. I've been getting my monthly massages here for several months and I will never go anywhere else. I was previously a member of another massage establishment and their customer service stunk. They were always calling ME to cancel MY appointments and then had the nerve to get indignant when I had to cancel an appointment at the last minute. But back to Massage Heights. Everyone who works here is professional, attentive and polite. I've been trying out as many of the therapists as possible but to date my 2 rock stars are Tanisha and Lauren. I hesitate to share their names because I want to keep them to myself! I have no words to describe the massage experience with them but maybe this will help: I drool on the table and stumble out to my car afterwards. I get exactly what I'm seeking and that's total relaxation. I haven't tried their other services but I plan to book a facial soon. He's got some movement and continual muscle spasm issues, and I hold all of my stress in my upper back, head neck and shoulders. We have both experienced nothing but exceptional treatments by their team of therapists. Each is conscientious, caring and helpful. They are great listeners and focus on exactly where you need help. I have been a client here since the very first week they opened their doors. I do my best to get 2 sessions a month, not for relaxation as much as basic body maintenance. My physical job demands it. They have done an amazing job with Covid regulations and I really appreciate that the owners took good care of the staff during shut down. That speaks volumes to me. I rotate between 3 therapists depending on my needs, and they are all extremely knowledgeable of the body/anatomy. They also sell my favorite skin care line...so added bonus! read more

Buyer beware! I bought a 6 month membership and when it expired, I thought I was done but they have a 30 day notice required. So, When I called about the charge on my credit card called they told me I had a massage left and had 6 months to use it. So, I called today 3 months and 1 week past the cancel and was told it is 3 months not 6 months as I was earlier told. ( an email I received after the conversation did say 3 month but I did not read the email...my fault). The receptionist told me my account was locked and the massage I was charged for was gone...unless I reactivated my account ( which means buy another membership). It's a scam!!! Basically how can we steal from the customer vs. how can I give the customer what she paid for? Also the massage therapist turn over is huge. I had one tell me all the company cares about was money. I had my first visit here this week. Went in for a deep tissue massage and when I say deep tissue I am in need of getting some pain worked out! TeNijah was a life saver. I went in with a lot of pain and a very stiff neck and shoulders. She worked HARD on me for an hour. i'm grateful to be feeling much better today!
