I feel like what you get…read morefor what you pay is decent, but compared to other gyms I've been a member at they can do a whole lot more. For example, there is only one water fountain that i know of and it is not filtered or set up to refill water bottles that almost everyone who goes to a gym will have. The bathroom almost always has the trash cans over flowing with paper towels, and it is time to refresh the weight room. Machines make you work out in weird ranges of motion, and they just aren't really set up in a way that makes sense. It is nice when there is a flow to things when you are working specific muscle groups. Also now that it is summer time you can notice a major temperature and humidity difference from the main/cardio area to walking into the weight area.

It always smells great and the added intricate ceiling tiles makes a huge difference when you're lying on your back trying to concentrate on keeping your core still! Rachael is incredibly personable, knowledgeable and fun. She is excellent with her cues in class and always identifying and accommodating each student, specifically those who may have an injury or are looking to strengthen their abilities in a certain area. I have taken and enjoyed quite a few Pilates reformer classes over the years but the spring wall and chair classes are quickly becoming my favorite. She has introduced a lot of new techniques and equipment that I wasn't aware even existed. It has been so fun to take the different classes and discover new movements. New routines are incorporated into each class so each one feels unique and never monotonous. I love that the schedule accommodates clients that have more flexible schedules as well as those who have set working hours. Having the ability to take an evening class after work has been much appreciated! I would highly recommend this studio.
