We added the sound bath experience with the salt room and it was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating! I absolutely love the atmosphere here! You can see and feel special touches of love from the hand-painted whimsical sea creatures and mystical mermaids to the inspirational stairs leading up to the second floor. I attended my first Ashtanga yoga class here and really enjoyed the instructor's careful guidance. I know I got a good workout in - sweaty and sore! I couldn't wait to see more of the place so the owner showed me around and let me explore on my own too. I learned they do aerial yoga, private salt room massages, light/sound therapy and sacriocranial therapy. I have an intuitive feeling this is going to be a wondrous and sacred space for me to retreat to. read more

I've had several salt room sessions and I love them! Very relaxing and soothing, and they seem to really be helping my psoriasis. The staff at the studio is very l knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The studio offers a ton of cool things to do in addition to the salt room: aerial yoga (some friend of mine did it and had a blast), a meditation pod (trying that one next), barre classes, as well as painting and other creative type classes. I was a visitor to the studio on Monday 8.23.2020 The owner gave me a tour and was very nice and informative. Then one of the massage therapists confronted me in the hall way, interrupting our conversation and asked me if I was an actor at Brunswick Manor (I am female). I was not sure what she was trying to convey since females are also referred to as actors. In any case I told her I had never heard of that place and so the answer was no. But, her point, as she repeated 2 more times, was to tell me that I looked just like one of the actors she saw there. I then said, "Do you mean, actress?" she then acted as though she had not heard me. I said, "I guess that isnt what she meant." The practitioner quickly left, not taking any opportunity to correct her self or apologize. Her conduct was unprofessional, unprovoked, hateful, rude, and totally unacceptable.
