The staff was very nice and answered all my questions. Dr. Coleman did a full spine exam and initiated treatment on my neck. I felt very comfortable and she answered all my questions about getting adjusted etc and put me at ease. The visit was very complete and her work was amazing! I already was feeling better before I left. She reviewed things for me to do at home and provided me with instructions and information on what we discussed. Dr. Hackmack always confirms my suspicions: a rib is out, my hip is tilted, etc. He has fit me in during an emergency and made sure I was cared for to relieve my pain. He has never made me sign a contract for a set amount of visits, or locked me into a never ending plan.
