The staff was very nice and answered all my questions. Dr. Coleman did a full spine exam and initiated treatment on my neck. I felt very comfortable and she answered all my questions about getting adjusted etc and put me at ease. The visit was very complete and her work was amazing! I already was feeling better before I left. She reviewed things for me to do at home and provided me with instructions and information on what we discussed. Their billing practices are extremely poor. I am a family member of a firefighter from a local district, who had a straightforward billing agreement set up with MCC. However, we'd still receive past due bills on treatments already paid for, or in the incorrect amount, sometimes many months after treatment. It got so bad that I requested the absolute last bill they had on record for me, so I could pay out of pocket quickly and close my account. And now over a year after last correspondence, I have received a collections notice for a bill MCC billing says they sent me notices about, but I have not seen any such notices. They may have sent them to the wrong address, as this collections notice had my incorrect info on it. At this point, it's feeling like harassment. If they can't even take care of their local fire families, they likely won't take care of you either.

In her rush, she dislocated my ribs from by sternum. When I screamed she said she was sorry multiple times and tried to put it back - three times in two days. I ended up going to an ortho, the hospital for x-rays, my primary care doc, and another chiropractor to fix it. Then I get a BILL from her office for the "treatment"! When I called thinking the bill was in error, I was told that since I received treatment, the bill was valid. When I asked that they just pay my copays for the treatment I needed to correct the injury Dr W inflicted on me, the "Doctor" sent me a curt email saying that wouldn't be happening and if I didn't like it I can contact her malpractice insurance company. (She told he previously, before she decided to be nasty, that she has done this 4 times before) Omg .. are you freaking kidding me?! If anyone has any questions, or would like to see proof of this, to include that email from the "doctor", I'm happy to share.
