She did a great job and understood exactly what I wanted and focused on those areas the most. She was totally understanding when I said I wasn't a talker! I'm all about falling asleep on the table. A Swedish massage is lot of rubbing, versus deep-kneading, but it was really calming. She identified some problem areas in my shoulder and gave advice on how to avoid them in the future.
