There was a lot of pain from bone-on-bone in both knees. I was walking wrong and caused a great deal of muscle and ligament pain too. Lindsey worked with me almost weekly during a year of excruciating pain. I am a teacher, and on my feet a great deal. Massage therapy and chiropractic worked much better than drugs for me! Lindsey is professional and thorough. She always asks if there is something bothering me so that she can focus on those areas. If I wanted just a light massage to chill out she could do that, but she provides so much more! Targeted therapy to adress individual needs is really important! I am forever grateful for her assistance through my tough times and my double knee replacement. It is three months since the surgery and recovery isn't complete without addressing the soft tissue impact this surgery had. I like that she can target an area without causing me great pain.
