He mentioned that he was backed up because of bad weather but likely no more than 3 weeks out. (Initial meeting was early May) A month later after not hearing from Chris, I texted him and he said he was still backed up. Two weeks later...No updates... Then a 2 weeks later (early July) he texted he was ordering materials. Early August texted and called, no reply. Texted and called from other cell number, no reply.
