After a fire in our home, our insurance company sent a variety of contractors to move us out, remediate smoke damage, rebuild damaged areas, and move us back. Of all the businesses that we dealt with, the only one that performed well was Level Creek. We argued with our insurance company to use someone else for remediation and thoroughly regret it. Level Creek does remediation as well and is part of a network of businesses preferred by our insurance company. You know how hard it is to find contractors these days. Read my other reviews! Level Creek caused damage to my property and additional expense to me through performance of their service. They were often unresponsive to my requests. They pulled out of the job before it was completed, without letting me know. My insurance adjuster contacted me that Level Creek had withdrawn from the job. They accused me of insurance fraud and filed a lien against my property when I suggested their charges should be reduced by the amount it cost me to repair the damage they caused. I had to hire an attorney to have the lien removed and get them to agree to reduced charges. read more

Level Creek was contracted to repair storm damage to my house. First, they bought materials before the work order was was signed so I was pressured to sign the work order. The work order as written gave Level Creek all the power and leverage to the point where they could claimed their cut of fees if I had brought someone else in. So my advice it to have a lawyer review the work order BEFORE you sign it. In addition, there were no quality standards or acceptance criteria established. Unfortunately Georgia doesn't have any protections for consumers so any issues I pointed out were mostly ignored. They even tried to play me against my husband but we were on the same page. At the end of the day, they quit before the work was done. BE CAREFUL with anyone (not just Level Creek) you hire to fix your home. Protect yourself and don't give up your leverage. read more

So happy with my new screen porch!!! I was in Florida on vacation when my neighbors called, a tree had fallen on my porch. I was stressed and didn't know what to do. Absolutely horrible service! Took over two months to work on our house!!!! We moved out and had the furniture packed away. For over a month nothing had been done in our house! When I finally spoke with the job supervisor I was told they will be done with everything in time for us to move back when our rental was done Made all arrangements to move back, have furniture delivered back to the house etc and NOT FINISHED!!! We had to move back into a dirty dusty nasty house that I have to spot clean in order for us to live in! Subs PEED in our shower and whole house stank! Bags of food and trash left in our garage with MAGGOTS!!!! Mold peeking thru baseboards that had been caulked and repainted! New bathtub and surround enclosure is sitting in driveway!! Spoke with several job supervisors and OWNER!!!! Was assured the work would be finished this weekend and no one showed up! They did send a plumber at 9:30 pm to install bathtub and he told us since we did not have fixtures he would be back next day NEVER SHOWED BACK UP!! NO ANSWERS FROM ANYONE WHEN I CALLED AND OR TEXTED!!!! My next step is firing them, calling insurance company and attorney!!!! An absolute disaster!!!! I would not recommend them at all!!! Full of excuses and crappy shoddy work!!!! read more

I was in the market for a new roof and was doing my research when a good friend referred me to Level Creek Construction. I gave them a call and they were able to send someone out to inspect our roof. The entire process with Level Creek couldn't have been any better. They were extremely thorough in explaining each step and took the time to listen and answer my wife's many questions. The owners of the company even came by a week later just to make sure we were pleased with our new roof.
