She did not refund me the additional money she charged me and pretended like she didn't understand english. If you are going to support this salon keep all your receipts because Anna is dishonest and a THIEF!!! I will no longer support this business and I have filed a claim for the additional funds that Anna did not refund me after admitting she overcharged me for my service.

Today I came in for color touch up roots and to color the grey before the holidays! Lily the owner was in and it was my first time meeting her! I love that she planned for the holiday!!!
