However, I was desperately in need of a salon that accepted walk-ins and was accessible for disabled customers, so I decided to give them a try. I am very glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and asked what services I wanted. I requested a shampoo, deep conditioning treatment, and a trim. I was taken right away for my shampoo and deep conditioner. Another stylist set my hair on rollers, and once I was finished under the dryer, another stylist promptly began styling my hair. The entire process was efficient, and all of the stylists I interacted with were friendly, patient, and accommodating. As someone with a disability, I especially appreciated the kindness and patience they showed me. Unfortunately, that is not always the experience disabled customers receive, so their attentiveness meant a great deal. My only minor concern was that during the deep conditioning treatment, I was not initially offered a towel to protect my clothing. I did ask for one because I did not want my shirt to get wet, and it was provided. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and the professionalism of the staff. My experience was positive, and I plan to return in the future.

I understand that multi-tasking is part of the job at times but doing 4 + heads simultaneously creates a bad experience for some like myself. A rough estimated wait time should be given initially because I was there for 5hrs despite them starting the coloring right away. Aside from them being understaffed, and taking too long, I'd recommend this place for my natural hair girls. I had 0 heat damage. Solid spot!

If my 5-weeks-out knee replacement wasn't killing me, I might've stuck it out, (made that clear before booking a month ago). I even switched the date at late notice, per her text request this past Saturday, and that wasn't the first time. I paid her for the color, but since she didn't get around to the cut after being there an hour after scheduled appointment time, my forbearance had been drained.

The owner is personable. The stylist I had was thoughtful about hair care. I removed a star only because most of the products are in blank containers. I always appreciate when salons are transparent especially because of allergies. Overall, it was a great experience even without appointments.
