This is a multi - tenant retail property that is anchored by Walmart and a broad mix of dining, services and chain stores. It serves the neighboring community. Plenty of parking lots. It is walkable, bikeable and public transportation is available. Hiking trails nearby. As well as churches, medical clinics like Facey and Kaiser Permanente are conveniently located. From the high security in Home Depot and date feel to it's complete revamp in more recent years. The Plant is a huge open mall shopping center with major stores including Burlington, Ross dress for Less and Home Depot to name a few. They have various mall classics such as GameStop, GNC and Starbucks For eats you have OneHawaiian BBQ, Blaze Pizza, Chipotle and In N Out to name most There's Petsmart for your pet needs. Sally Beauty aka Sally's for your hair care needs. I've been to Regency more this year than I have in the past 10 and dig the GameStop, appreciate The Gap as well as the L.A. Care Community Resource Center (formerly where the HomeTown Buffet was back in the day). There's so much parking in all direction including behind, on the Regency side. Great affordable clothing, comforts, services and food. It stays busy, but rarely feels overwhelming. It's very close to the Van Nuys Train Station for the Amtrak + MetroLink and being off Van Nuys Blvd it's connected to a lot of local LA Metro busses/services like LADOT DASH. There was Party City but it recently closed a couple months ago. Not only that, it also house the Regency Theatre around the back. There's a few food options, more chain places but In and Out being the top contender. Besides that, you have other chain's restaurants along the strip of Van Nuys Blvd. There loads of parking spaces available which comes in handy. Both for the strip mall as well out back where the movie theatre is. Across the street is Living Spaces. Another chain stores for furniture. It's pretty massive and I believe it's affiliated with the plant.

I been coming to this shopping center for a while and still haven't visited all the stores here yet. There used to be a Hallmark store here but that closed. I would mostly come here to get groceries from Vons or to take my wife to the Well Fargo Bank. I already visited the Rods Taco here which is good, A&W Seafood is my family favorite place to dine in, Kenn Cleaners prices are reasonable and there a Ross here too. There good amount of parking here so you shouldn't have any issues finding a spot, you might just have to walk a bit.

Anyway, this place deserves some recognition because I grew up visiting so many times and watched the area evolve into what it is today. The plaza itself is quite large. It sits on the corner of Tampa and Nordhoff, just across from the Northridge Mall. The Nordhoff Plaza has a plethora of retailers and other businesses. The ones I've visited include Best Buy, Total Wine, 24 Hour Fitness, Men's Warehouse, LensCrafters, Chipotle, Denny's, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Ulta Beauty. There's also a Jersey Mike's, PetSmart, Citibank, etc. Plenty of variety. If you can't find it here, chances are you'll find it at the plaza across the street or perhaps the Northridge Mall. During Black Friday, the plaza gets packed. Most of the patrons, myself included, come here for Best Buy. Thankfully, whether it's the busiest shopping day of the year or the slow season, this plaza provides ample parking. Lots of wide-open space. Well-lit, too. Ah, the childhood memories I have of this plaza. May it live forever.

My go to place here are mainly Habit Burger, Wingstop, Chase bank, California Fish Grill and TMobile store. But I visited Ross, Dunkin Donuts, Vitamin Shoppe, Jersey Mike's, Mencies, Sliverlake Ramen, Ono Hawaiian, the UPS store and Ulta Beauty. The only place I haven't visited yet is the 24 Hour fitness, the Dentistry, Mattress Firm, AT&T and Bank of America. There plenty of parking here as well and there even more parking toward the back of the center. I usually park in the back because it's less traffic to enter or leave. They also have security guard walking around in the plaza for any problems.

There plenty of parking in this plaza as well so you shouldn't have issues finding a spot.
