Not my favorite Ross. Store seems empty! It wasn't as disorganized as other locations, but I didn't really find anything interesting here. The inventory seems pretty low and seasonal items were nowhere to be found. The racks of clothing were so minimal I was wondering if I was missing something. They did have a fair amount of size 10 shoes which isn't always the case. Kids shoes were a total bust. I never go here but was next door at Michael's getting items for teacher appreciation week. I spent 45 minutes gathering items in the beauty section to make a cute basket. I walked to the sock area and when I came back to my cart all the items except one were gone. An employee had put them all back on surrounding shelves but I couldn't find them all so I ended up with nothing. read more

I love coming to this Ross. It's always clean, it's never crowded. You get In-N-Out in a reasonable time. You don't have to stand in line for 45 minutes to an hour. I stopped by this Ross to return the belt I got from the Burbank location the previous day and wanted to get a smaller size one. Finding parking at this Ross location was easy because it's in a decent size plaza. When I came around 3pm, they were not busy so I was able to go straight to the cashier to return it. I started browsing around the men's section to look for the belt I wanted. I didn't find the same one at a smaller size so I got a different one for the same price. I'm happy with my purchase because the belt feels secure and it's a good quality belt that's also reversible. The customer service that I received was also excellent. They also have a Amazon locker here as well for pickup. read more

They unfortunately did not have any cat trees, which was one the items I was searching for, but they did have scratchers, toys, and beds. I scored a really nice Lucky Brand travel duffel for my upcoming trip to Hawaii, heels for an upcoming trip to Club 33, and impulse buys, including a string light set with spiders to add to my Halloween web decor at home, and a gua sha facial set. As far as cleanliness, organization, and customer service - it's about the same level you'll find at any Ross location. I am a frequent shopper at this location and often the employees are in their own world having conversations and disregarding customers. Yesterday, while my two young children were present, Sandra is ringing my items up and continues her loud conversation with another employee behind the register- she uses profanity and is completely oblivious to the fact that not only is that not appropriate in the workplace with adult customers right there, it is extremely inappropriate with my two under 5 year old children present. Horrible customer service and rude employee. I went to return an item and had a receipt. It did not have the sticker. The employee at the jewellery section was very irritated and rude. She is Hispanic and had a pony tail. Don't know her name. She tells me she can't return it without the sticker. She says how do I know you bought it here. The receipt with the item description and item number was not enough? She would not return it. I went to another Ross and had no problem returning it. Went to pay line had at least 40 to 50 people in line only 2 cashiers open. Short staffed because of scheduling per employee. Manager was on break . Employees looked like headless chickens , not knowing what to do. So I left didn't make my purchase as I am handicapped and can not stand for that long ... it's not right Ross sales and makes money , they can afford more employees. This location is good, has big parking lot, which is a plus. Has good variety of clothes and merchandise in general where you have an option to pick what you liked. Usually I don't like shopping at Ross because it's either broken, or missing a pair or not my size, especially shoes, but here and there you score a really good deal. However, this store is lot neater than most of their stores at different locations , and almost every week they get new shipment, so it's with to go in if you are in neighborhood. I've been coming to this ross since I was a kid, probably about 10-15 years. Never have I ever been so disappointed in a shopping experience. I work at one of the businesses in the plaza and decided to stop by ross to check out a few things while I waited for my ride. I have a routine of always looking at the jewelry and glasses. I went over to the pet section, looked at the toys then decided to look for some tennis shoes I have been needing for work. As I am trying on the only two pairs that I had grabbed, The blonde loss prevention girl who greeted me at the door is standing right next to me after changing her shirt and is pretending to be on her phone. Are you joking. I immediately felt uncomfortable and profiled. I'm in this ross every week and have never had an experience like this. Im not sure why but this is the only ross that has begun being so aggressive with their loss prevention team. Its the only ross ive been to the has LP check your receipt. If i could put 0 stars i would, the fact that i put something on hold and had it sold to someone else, really pisses me off. I have been going to this ross for years, but as of today i am really going to think twice about going back. The type of team communication they have here is none. The fact that they don't double check and ask around," hey did someone put this on hold?", infuriates me because incidents like this happen. Not only does communication need to be worked through, but the lack of customer service that i was given was terrible. This store was a huge disappointment today. I have been here before and it's never been my favorite Ross to begin with. I came two days after Thanksgiving, when Black Friday was still going on for the weekend. The parking was bad, which is to be expected. However the store itself was pretty messy and disorganized. I've been coming here for almost 10 years and it's okay. It's really hit or miss in terms of clothes. Sometimes you can score with cheap clothes or designer stuff at a discount. They've been having a lot of Michael Kors clothes and name brand dresses. Check out can be a bit of a drag sometimes so try to go in the mornings instead of the evenings after work. Do I love to be screamed at as I'm handed my receipt on my way out? Not at all. Dear Ross, is it absolutely necessary to have your employees scream "NEXT PURCHASE ON 5" literally in your current customers face before telling that same customer thank you and seeing them off? This Ross by my home I always found to be the best. It's funny many of the comments complain About the lines and messiness and the choices of items. But what do you expect at a discount place? What a like about Ross the best is they have a return line separate from purchase line. Unlike Tjmaxx that makes you wait in that huge line to return items. Ross allows you to walk around to make a exchange if you like and then you have your own return line to line up in versus just a checkout line. I also enjoy that my Ross is open late. I make purchase after 9 pm if I need to avoid the hassle of the day. Surprisingly this location is decently organized and clean, I've seen worse. Plenty of parking outside is available and this is one of the biggest Ross I've seen around in the San Fernando Valley. So I thought I would stop in Ross just to have a look see. I haven't been to Ross in probably 3 years. When I walked through the door I was greeted by this bouncer lookin dude with a jacket on that said 'LOSS PREVENTION' in bright yellow across the back. And there were more just like him all over the store, posted up. WTH?? I mean this is as ghetto as it gets in Granada Hills...LOL. The store is so messy and swarming with little unruly bae baes running around screaming. I love kids, have 3 of my own, but they are grown. And BEST BELIEVE if I had to take them shopping with me, they would never be running around the store. People pushing and shoving like they were giving away free food. This place gave me so much anxiety that I couldn't even tell you what they had, I tried walking around but ended up leaving because of the atmosphere.
