The way the main section of the shopping / dining area was designed includes lots of hang-out spaces with seating, shady overhangs, water features, fire features, and more. It's turned out to be so popular in the northwest part of the Valley that it's often difficult to get parking. They honestly might have to consider building a two-story parking structure to accommodate everyone that wants to enjoy the clean environment with interesting architecture. There are more dining establishments of all kinds than there are shopping venues, but it seems to work. We've never been to the movie theater, but that is one of the main anchors in the center. Whole Foods, on the west end, is one of the largest I've ever seen. We've tried at least 8 of the foodie places so far. That's more than scratching the surface, but there are many more to explore.

And living up to the name you can spot various grape-producing vines between a lot of spaces/places here in the Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties. No really Wi-Fi, but signal is solid. Typically open as early at Peet's Coffee at 5:30 am and as late as the ending screenings at the AMC 9.

I enjoy getting a drink occasionally from Agua Cabana on the second floor, and the perfect mall snack is an Açaí bowl from Bearies on the first floor. My favorite stores include - Pop Mart, Box Lunch, Sephora, Bath & Body Works, Miniso, Hot Topic, Hollister, Old Navy, Journey's & Sophi's Cosmetics. It's a smaller mall but it's local & always a solid place for a hang out. There is also many on site restaurants that I enjoy such as Yard House, LongHorn Steakhouse, California Pizza Kitchen & Red Robins. There is also an Escapology located here outside the mall which is great as an interactive experience. The workers I've encountered here are typically very friendly & the mall is kept very clean.

This village has a lot of other stores too like Burlington, HomeGoodsand etc. I visited the Habit Burger, FedEx, Pesto Pasta, Starbucks and Sprouts before as well. There a lot of parking here so you should be able to find a spot.

Anchor tenants include SteinMart, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, Sprouts, RiteAid, and Petco. There are lots of smaller stores for other needs. Unbelievably, there is only one available space. Seems rare, when many malls are struggling against the Amazon Effect. Need food on the run? You can pick between Freebirds World Burrito, Starbucks, Zankou Chicken, Presto Pasta, Pick Up Stix, and others. Jamba Juice is currently doing a build out for a new location. Since there's not a SteinMart closer, I stop by here from time to time. Our grandson will be going to high school nearby, so we'll be here more often in the future.

I been coming here for a while, usually to visit Ralphs or going to eat at Pho So 1. But I also visited the movie theater here which is outdated, AutoZone and Baskin Robbins that is on the other side of the plaza as well. There also a Salvation Army here so you can go donate things. Fatburger used to be here but it's gone now. Sushi Raw and Panera Bread is still open but I haven't visit those places yet. There was plans to redo the whole plaza where a Home Depot was going to take over the movie theater area but so far nothing has happen yet. There also a lot of parking here as well so there shouldn't be any issues finding a spot but the pavement isn't in the best of shape.
