Fast forward to when I got in an accident in my challenger as usual they were my 1st call.. I took it in, 1st time picking it up, I just did a quick glance because I trusted their work. Got home had a real good look. And there was "over spray" everywhere and pits in the paint, so I called and took it back. 2nd time I took it back it looked a little better and I actually took it back a 3rd time for the clearcoat. A few years later the paint started bubbling. I do have paper work that says LIFETIME WARRANTY, (paint and body) as long as you own the car... FREE OF CHARGE TO ME! he wanted me to pay 250 for the paint room."whatever I'll pay it" So I had went in to make an appointment, and the OWNER pretty much said my car was POS, it had rusted body. No sir those are louvers not part of the car(add-on) the only rust is where they did the body work. And I had to pull my stripes off cuz they couldn't finish that part.. don't do decals I guess.( probably kept that money) By this time being a hormonal woman who loves her car and knows about cars. The OWNER overheard me telling my husband if I had been a man he wouldn't have acted that way.. The OWNER then proceeded to tell me and I quote " I don't have to do shit!" I slammed my door.. Didn't go back.. so my car still looks like shit! Oh, my car is 10 years old and just now hit 51,000 miles. I take care of my car, I take pride in my baby girl.. The OWNER was extremely rude to me. I'm sure over 20 years I've sent him many customers. But I'm sure the OWNER doesn't care or he would have done anything to correct this matter.. I'm still waiting for that call, won't hold my breath. I've actually thought about getting a car magnet that says: Body work done by supreme collison." Still might! But if he would like to call and resolve this I'm always home! And from now on when someone asks, i'll say anywhere BUT supreme. Would have giving a 0 but wasnt an option. And just a little add-on, i was going through all my paper work from them and saw a note from someone that was doing a pre-check on car to make sure i didnt blame them for any thing that happened prior to leaving it there, most auto body places do. But what found funny, it said the back bummer didnt line-up.. Thats funny cuz they did the body work then too, guess they should have fixed that for free when it was there. Mrs. Kehoe.. you remember me! My accident and my insurance pays for your bills and just because I don't drive a Bentley doesn't make me less of a person.

We had an accident when our 2018 Volvo S90 was rear ended at a stop light in Punta Gorda. I had…read moreused Tamiami Collision before for my son's red Hyundi Tuscon, bright metal flake red, and since they did such a great job on the painting of a hard color, I took our S90 Volvo there for the repair. They were very cordial and worked with our insurance company for us as well. The repair came out great even the pulling of the rear quarter panel. But the most important part in my mind is the paint match. It ends up the same gentleman that did the painting on our Tuscon was still working for them. They better pay him well and keep him happy as this guy is an amazing painter! The color match is so beautiful you could not see any difference from the original paint on the car. That is what makes a body shop worth driving 30 miles for your repair. Long story short this is the best paint shop I have ever used and will definitely be returning if the time comes.

My 2024 Mustang was in for repair and I was informed that they would have the car back on a Friday…read more I was informed that Friday morning that the new door was scratched after it had been painted. Needless to say the car wasn't ready on Friday as promised. I spoke to them again on Monday and was informed the car would be ready that Monday and to be there to pick it up by 4:00. When I arrived Sergio informed me that the clear coat had something wrong with it and they repainted the door again on Monday and the door was still off the car. They said it would be done in about an hour. My confidence level was pretty low after all this. They had 4 guys working on the car and they were able to complete the car after 6:00 pm. I needed to be in Ocala that evening and as a result I was delayed. When I left the collision Center I noticed a scratch in my Window tint and my door isn't aligned properly and sticks out about 3/8 of an inch. I called to inform them and was asked to send pictures which I did. I heard back 4 days later after letting them know if I didn't hear back I was going to provide a negative review. On my call today Sergio accused me of threatening them(with a negative review). I responded how do I get your attention and he informed me he was out sick. He said they needed to get me a quote. I said a quote for what? They scratched my glass reinstalling the window because they were rushing to get the job done after all the screw ups. I asked to speak to his manager but wasn't transferred. I can't continue to make trips to Naples to get the car right for their foul ups. I brought my vehicle to them as I had a good experience purchasing the vehicle from Tamiami Ford. I wish I could say the same for the collision center. He did apologize for the delay and rush job at the end but I do expect better service and communication. Oh yeah one other point is when the car was brought in for a quote I was never asked if the car was ceramic coated even though the window tint and ceramic coating was performed by Tamiami Collision Center. This also should have been included in the quote and now I am out of pocket $$ as the claim is over with. I do not recommend going to Tamiami Ford Collision and as a result of this horrible experience I won't be going back to Tamiami Ford for any future automobile purchases either.
