My car broke down in a tow away zone at Joes Market and I wasn't able to retrieve it quickly due to illness.I reported the car stolen because Jerrys towing was out of business and the CCSO had no record of it being called in as a tow.Naples Towing disputes this but I have the records in my possession and will post if questioned.I found out that NT and R had my car out in the lot for 19 months without attempting to contact me to pick it up before it was destroyed by the elements Tatiana wants to tow the now worthless car back to me even though 3 parts of FS 617.5 were violated.I was told she will just execute the lien and take the car weather I like it or not.My being in a tow away zone does not give a company the legal right to retain and destroy my car after a tow without giving me a chance to pay the fees and retrieve it.I have no option but to wait for the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to finish the investigation and view my evidence.I hope they treat paying customers better than they treat victims of non - consensual tows. read more

The repairman came on time, was very knowledgeable and pleasant, and had the car up and running in a few minutes. Even though the car was in the garage, he had a self-contained battery starter so we did not have to push it out onto the driveway. What more could anyone want?? Excellent Service!! read more

Driver that moved the cars to get to my car was VERY nice. Gave me a water bottle since it was hot and I was waiting. Tatiana the lady on the phone was EXTREMELY unhelpful and rude. She had an attitude and took her sweet time to do her job. I waited 20 mins for the driver, but ended up waiting an hour and a half for her. read more

One star and they deserve zero. The dispatch woman was very pleasant but their driver had a disgusting attitude and spoke to me and my husband as if we weren't people. They really need to reevaluate their tow personnel because if that's how they treated us I can't imagine how others get treated. read more

Excellent experience. My battery died and I needed a jump start. After the first company my insurance arranged to give me a jump start changed their mind and decided they weren't going to be able to help, the call went to Naples Towing and Recovery. Archie showed up soon thereafter and I was on my way quickly. Archie even educated me on a sound my car's engine was making when starting it up, and told me what problem that might indicate, suggesting I get it checked out. Very friendly and helpful. I needed a jump start I called Onstar which sent me this company after car stated I was harassed to pay for the services which is totally wrong according my Onstar service contract. I told the driver they should bill Onstar driver blocked my car with his body until I called the police that removed him from my way.I reported the issue to Onstar hope nobody else will have to deal with this. read more

Just met with the owner's wife. Did not know they were new owners of the company. Went today to do a last sweep of the totaled car and Frank, the driver from the night before was there. Saying nothing to the driver directly, he then proceed to tell me F*** You. Perfect. he left, and then the owners wife pulled up right after. The owner's wife apologized,and explained he was the last employee left from the previous owner as all their former employees shared the same personality. Overall, the new owners are fantastic people, but that guy Frank is a piece of work. If you come into contact with frank, expect nothing less than the same service you would get from a garbage can. You can read the review I wrote previous to this experience below. 6/5/19 - Worker named Frank towed my boyfriends car after a car accident, I was the only person allowed to retrieve a few important items from the vehicle. The worker was very rude and pushy to leave. He gave me less than 5 minutes to get items such as important medications, business documents, insurance papers, etc. He wouldn't have given me his name if I didn't ask, he didn't state what company he worked for, he didn't say where his company was located, and didn't let us know when would be the next available time to retrieve the remaining items from the vehicle. He offered no official paperwork or information, and when we asked any questions pertaining to the vehicle he was short and uninterested in assisting us. I will never use their service if all their employees treat people this way. read more
