I thought I felt a slow shift point once or twice in the last few months so I decided it was time. I was right. Artem saved and showed me how dark brown the normally pink trans fluid had become. Yuck! The Naples Volvo dealership wanted DOUBLE what Artem charges and I can guarantee you, it couldn't have been done any better. I noticed a discernable improvement on the drive home tonight from his shop and I'm sure my gas mileage will improve going forward as a result, too. And it's not just Volvo's Artem works on.....seems like nearly every foreign car is in his shop or his parking lot. So happy to have found an honest and reliable car mechanic here in Naples. My first time taking my car here and I was impressed. I had taken my 325ci to my regular place for…read moresome minor bodywork and asked them to do an oil change while it was there, which they confirmed was done on pickup. When I returned home I pulled the dipstick and the oil was obviously not fresh. I called to point out the mistake, but they doubled down and the mechanic confirmed it was done. So I found Naples Mechanics and took it there and they confirmed I was correct. While the car was on the lift, the owner also pointed out that the central arm bushings were shot and that the rear shocks were leaking. I had been taking my car to the previous place for the past 5 years, so they had plenty of opportunities to identify these issues (I only do very low mileage each season), so I opted to have the work done by Naples Mechanics and was very pleased with the work done.

Went to their oil change location on airport-pulling road and the tech noticed a low tire with an…read moreair leak. So after the oil change I drove to the main location on Domestic to have the tire repaired. I was told that I would have to wait about an hour for them to get to it for repair. I had no problem since I drove in without an appointment. As I was sitting in the waiting room, I noticed how nice and professional they handled their customers. Well after about an hour the nice lady working the front called my name and apologized for me having to wait an hour. That the tech working on my tire could not find a leak !!-- that the whole problem was found when he put the valve stem cap back on and that is when he heard air coming out !! I had a bad valve stem cap !!! She apologized again and said "no charge" !!! I gave her some "cross Pennie's" I made for her young family. She just had another baby girl about a year ago. As we were finishing coming across Alligator Alley, we suddenly had a blowout. We slowly crawled to exit 101 and Dexter immediately took our call once we were able to safely use the phone from the side of the road. We called at 5 10 pm. It is now 6:12 pm and we are already back on I275 headed back to St Pete. Its unbelievable how nice, kind, fast and caring these people were to us. They recommend a…read moreMonster Transmission custom built better than the factory transmission I gave them $10,000 deposit on May 8th 2022. They said they ordered the transmission. I have been asking for updates and have had no response. Even calling Monster myself. I finally picked up my truck on June 27th. The manager said that they were going out of business. My transmission was never ordered and they would get me a check for a refund. Not holding my breath, but I will be back Friday the 30th. and let you know what happens. I have contacted my attorney.
