This place is money hungry and they definitely pray on your vulnerability. My cousin was dealing directly with them but she started saying things contradicting things. I didn't know if it was her being frantic, or not understanding what the vet was saying, so I asked to speak to the vet directly. In that brief call, the vet lied to me 3 times and tried to gaslight me each and every single time I tried to call him out on it. He finally said they had recordings and he could read the transcripts, I asked him to do that, and he read the transcript and at first he tried to change what it read and then acknowledged what it truly said after I called him out on it again. At this point, I told my cousin to take my cat out of this clinic, because I did not trust them, and go somewhere else. At the other clinic is where I found out (almost immediately) that my cat was misdiagnosed at this clinic and we had been treating him for the wrong thing. Unfortunately, at this point it had been a few days, and there was nothing we could do but to put my cat down. Seeing as how the reviews here and on Google show that this is not an isolated event, this place should be shut down!!

The reason I chose to come here is because this is where my parents always took our cats. They have annual plans that we like, one includes a dental and the other doesn't. They both include all vaccines and blood and urine tests. You also get a discount on the flea and tick medication. You get free nail clippings and 2 examinations during that year. There are also a couple of plans for senior dogs, not sure what those include yet. Thank you to all the staff for being so amazing.

As they are about to do it the tech asks if I want another test run as well (giving me the choice) I said sure, with no mention of cost. I get to cash out and it's $400+! The casually presented test was $250! I don't have that money just sitting around. Was expecting $150 tops, as I have paid the past 2 years. The receptionist was understanding of situation. The tech came out and made me feel like a piece of crap because I couldn't afford it and there wasn't much she could do. The doctor comes out with immediate attitude "I hear there's an issue with payment?" Not, how can I help? Or anything slightly sensitive. She continues on to speak to me slowly and unnecessarily overly articulating words and said "well these are our prices so feel free to go somewhere else". She continued on to belittle me regarding the cost of having a pet with chronic illness and finished with "well are you going to decide what you're doing or not? I have an appointment". There are many other details that I have left out (this would be way too long), but I am disgusted with the way this doctor in particular made me feel. I was humiliated because I can't afford a $250 test that was casually offered to me as a choice, but am now told is mandatory. You have no idea what's going on in people's lives and you need to be sensitive to that. I wasn't getting upset about the price to be difficult, I literally did not have that money and then it's spring on me out of no where. I was embarrassed and humiliated that now I have to argue a cost that was never even mentioned to me to begin with! I was told the manager would contact me. That never happened.
