I chose bright and clean because they accepted credit cards as well as cash and had machines that would hold my large loads. The staff were extremely helpful. Dale helped me negotiate use of the right machines for what I had. She took time out of her busy day to make sure that things went well for me. I am extremely grateful for the service, the wonderful machines, the clean folding areas, as well as clean floor, and bathroom! I will come here again for sure.

So I visited this place three times while I was home. They have washing machines that fit 20,30,40,50 and 60 lb loads and well worth the money. Every time I have been in I have seen what seems to be the owner and employees making sure floors are swept, machines wiped down, helping guests that walk threw the doors. Huge screen tv with couches and desks to work while you wash your clothes. And it's cute, never thought I would say that about a laundry mat! Thank you for having such a cozy, clean place to wash my belongings! Much appreciated! I want to add they have detergent to purchase if you forgot, they have an atm, and they have a change machine. The machines take dollar coins so if you dispenses too many coins, it is regular currency.

The only complaint I have about the place is that one of the attendants likes to smoke which is fine but it seems like she does it out the back door or something and the whole place stinks of cigarette smoke when she does this. When I'm washing my clothes I don't want them coming out of there stinking of smoke. My advice would be to smoke with the door closed or smoke elsewhere so it doesn't come into the building. Other than that though I would pick this place over pretty much every other in the Big Rapids area.

I usually have some mishap go on when I go to this establishment…read more I work for a local group home and our washing machine and dryer goes out a lot throughout the year. my company spends a lot of money at this place. They have been rude to my coworkers on more than one occasion. Usually the guy that runs it. The last couple times I've been there for my personal laundry, it's been a sh!t show with half the machines broke, many of the out of order signs fallen off, so you have to switch the machines again, workers tearing machines apart and whatnot. Today was no different. When I went to change my clothes to the dryer the guy working told me I could NOT leave the building because someone recently caught the place on fire by leaving s lighter in his pocket..... (not my problem) so I sat and waited inside. The last wash was at 6pm. My clothes were in there by 6pm... but I was kicked out with my wet clothes and 30minutes left on the dryers at 7pm..... a55hole could refund the money I lost since I have to take my wet clothes to another town, waste gas, and pull out more money from the atm.... This place can rot
