Beatrice did my taxes and was using a magnifying glass the entire time which I should've known was red flag number one. Then when I got home, my husband reviewed my taxes and realized she left off an entire W-2. I didn't pay nearly $400 to have to get an amended return and possibly screwed by the IRS. Just so disappointing and I wish I would've gone somewhere else or paid an actual professional who knew what they were doing.
